PROS-property was cheap,convenient to shops and waterfront.Heating was good and had electric blankets,was quiet at night. CONS-accommodation is in original condition and very dated poky and cluttered. You get what you pay for,as it was half the price of others,and it suited our purposes at a budget price.

Nice self contained apartment for couple of nights stay at Lakes Entrance. The apartment was slightly old and worn however was clean enough and had all amenities required.

This place is quite old and looks like it hasn't had much refurbishment for quite some time. But it was clean and comfortable. Quite spacious. Quiet but well licated to walk to shops and dining options. We were pretty happy with our stay given we just picked a budget option for an overnighter to break up our trip. I've pai considerably more in the past for places very much inferior to this place. Recommended for the budget concious. But if your after shiny or new or luxurious seek elsewhere.

This property is old and run down with basic amenities that are not justified for over $200 per night . Holiday season I suppose they can charge excessive rates. Pool is small and basic, playground consists of 1 slide.

if I didn't ask I will never know you bring the pet. your kid lost her jumper is not my fault. I know how to orgnise our rate, no need your suggestion. also pool and playground is designed and produced by specialist according to our property size, not made by us. I really want a 4000 sq meter pool, however our property size only 2000 sq meter.

Hot water was a joke. Shower kept going cold straight away. Gas in stove lighter ran out. Batteries in tv remote were flat. It was like they didn't want to spend any money on upkeep.

We liked that this unit would be perfect for a young family. It has everything they would need. For us, as an older couple, it suited us very well. We had a comfortable night sleep with all that we needed.

This is a unique 1960s type beach accomodation. Very basic and small but just what you need for an overnight stay. Comfy beds, good water pressure in shower and very clean. Manager left the key for us as we were arriving late and we also had undercover carport for car and a place for the boat. Good 3 star accomodation.

when I confirmed with you there are 3 adults with no kid and pet, you said yes, but after you check out we found you have a dog as well, why?from 2015 to 2018, we spent about 87000 to made full renovation for 3 units. however, the feedback is 100% negative. by this reason we are not doing renovation any more.

The location of the property was very convenient to beach and shops however the property itself was disappointing. The blind outside the bedroom kept breaking in the wind therefore we could not sleep and couldn't get hold of owners to fix until the next day. The linen was also old and some pillow slips were dirty. There was also no dryer to use in the laundry which is annoying when you have wet towels from the beach that you can't dry. The layout of the units were not great either having to walk through the kids bedroom to get to the bathroom.

dear tanyathank you for your stay with chinese owned anchorage holiday units. may I ask:our bathroom condition is very clear in room name section (1 Bathroom, Walk Through Bedroom 2) , if you not happy with that, why still booking with us?why we have to have a cloth dryer?due to a big windy day, what you want me to do when call me at 10:16pm?this room type only have 4 beds, I saw you list 1 adult and 4 teenage children,so I free upgrade you to the large unit with 5 bed, because I want you have a comfortable stay, however, I didn't heard a single (thank you) and also this unit make you unhappy, I will not doing that foolish things again.
