The guests have access to the entire house (1,615 sqft)

- The guests will have their unique door code.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $50/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

We charge $30/night per guest after the 10th guest.

We do not allow music outdoors after 9 pm. No DJ, karaoke, or loudspeakers.

Amazing weekend get away!!

From arriving and seeing the location to the views feom the house. Everything was amazing! I loved the open look of the kitchen. House was absolutely beautiful. I dont get to get away very often but when I do Havasu is top choice. I will definitely be back here and book this house

Wonderful host & property

Jeremy communicates in a great manner, answers calls and texts at later times in the evening. He was so accommodating and even extended our stay for an extra hour due to our late arrival. Truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness. Great property 10/10

We had such an awesome time! The house had everything we needed for our trip! Great view of the lake! Super quiet community! We didn’t have any issues but I think it should be noted that we did see a lot of political flags in the neighborhood.

Wedding festivities

Twin Palms is a beautiful, peaceful, relaxing oasis. Open, clean and filled with lots of natural light. We felt instantly a home once we stepped through the door. Open with lots of natural light was perfect for some great photos. After the wedding and all its chaos the house was a peaceful retreat to rest and relax before heading home.
