Weekend of Family Fun
We loss my wife my children’s mother and grandchildren’s Mahna( the name they called her) on May 1. We need a family weekend to spend together before we start preparing for the Christmas Holiday. This home was just what we needed We had so much fun in game room but most importantly in the kitchen and living room. We played games and just reminded with the beautiful fireplace warming up the rooms. The grandchildren enjoyed sleeping together in the bedrooms which were so cozy. We had so much fun at the water park and a tremendous family dinner at Shenanigans. However it was the house that brightened us up and helped with our grief. Alex was the best owner you could ask for. He was so helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend to anybody looking for a lifelong experience to rent this home. Thank you all so much. I know my wife was with us the entire weekend in spirit

Thanksgiving getaway
Overall location of house was in a very nice area and we loved how peaceful it was. There were a few things that we did noticed that we would like to address. There was cobwebs in some of the light fixtures, bedroom furniture needs to be dusted and window blinds. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, hand soap and enough trash bags and no kitchen towels. Downstairs was really cold the heater does not warm up the downstairs properly. I have stayed at other homes and never had to bring our own paper products like toilet paper and paper towels and we had to pay extra for bed sheets. Wish you the best and Happy Holidays.

House size and bedding was perfect for our 7 adults and 6 children, Game room kept kids entertained. Walk to lake was further than expected and beach gets crowded. Parking fills up fast. Loved the animal life ; Lots of deer, also wild turkey , one fox and one skunk.

First All-Family Vacation
This was our first vacation with all of our kids and grandkids …13 of us in all. The house was spacious. The game room was a huge hit, especially since the weather was not very cooperative. Alex, the host was very responsive to questions. We discovered the blender was not working when we got there and Alex contacted me right away and gave us option of picking one up and submitting receipt to him for reimbursement. Since we wanted some frozen libations, we did just that and within a 1/2 hr of me submitting a picture of the receipt, Alex had credited my account. We took advantage of the grill and fire pit for s’mores. On one of the few good weather days, the kids and grandkids made use of the canoe. We had a great time and made lots of memories!

Played golf every day. Made use of the hot tub, cornhole, fire pit. Shuffleboard was not yet useable, since there were not points painted on it. Ping pong table should be replaced. We had a great time and the house was all that the website showed.

Great bachelor party for my brother
We stayed here as a place to enjoy and go out to events we had lined up for a long weekend. Plenty of room for all 12 of us and then a few more if we needed it. Having the game area downstairs was great, and we would up not going out one day since we were having such a great time at the house! I’d recommend this house and the property manager was easily accessible and helpful.

It was lovely and all had a great time. The ping pong table is certainly weathered and will need replacement. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooling ware. I might suggest better cleaning on first floor game area due to our infant in her walker had a lot of dirt on bottom of feet. A good cleaning on flooring would be recommended for cleanliness. Overall all enjoyed rhe home!!!

The house was perfect for a spring break ski trip with 3 families. The property was clean and well appointed. The kids loved all the games. Owner was lightning fast with responses and eager to help. Everyone loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Location to the water park AND JFBB was great!

Most important was communication with owner of property. Response was immediate. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed for family dinners, pots,dishes,etc. game room is awesome with awesome music speaker system. Gaming tables were used often. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

Family Ski Trip
This property was perfect for our Family Ski Trip over MLK weekend. It had plenty of space for the 10 of us and the game room was a hit! The location is close to both Big Boulder and Jack Frost and to H2oohh water park. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the space and location! Alex the host was very helpful. All ages enjoyed our get away!

Relaxing Trip with Friends
This house was easily able to accommodate 12 adults and a child (6 month) for a relaxing week. The hot tub was outstanding. Any concerns were addressed immediately by the property manager (wifi was reset somehow). We were a modest drive from a lot of attractions. Be advised the walk to the lake is only a few blocks but a bit of a hill. The swimming space isn't large but its a safe location from boats and has a good amount of sand to relax on.

Family weekend
My husband and I along with our three grown children and their spouses and two grandchildren lead busy lives and we love spending time together. This lovely home has so many entertainment options, including a game room, a fire pit, two spacious decks and and lake access nearby with a canoe. The home was clean and well-kept and we had a really wonderful time. The owner made it all very easy and we absolutely would consider coming back.

The ouse had plenty of entertainment which the kids loved. There was a problem with one shower which could not be used but I was unaware of it until the last day so did not report to owner until then. Also we were se t the wrong network and password for wifi. Generally we enjoyed the house

Overall we were pleased. The bathroom doors didn't lock and the shuffleboard was not usable. The hot tub was great, there was plenty of room and it was nice to have the canoe available for use.

The water is really cold but that didn’t stop the family from paddle boarding. Great accommodations and the pool table and game room was a hit with them too. Deer came right up to the deck. We had a very enjoyable time together with a side trip to Jim Thorpe, a train ride, and Mt Airy. Good shopping at the Ctossings. Really a 4 Seasons property.

Multi-generational Stay - Great Game Room
This house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The kids slept in bunk beds, the grandparents had the main floor bedroom suite with their own bathroom, and the additional full bathrooms (with hair dryer) on each floor were perfect. There is a crib but we did not use it. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, and there is both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There were some pantry staples in the cupboard already such as coffee filters, some spices and cooking oil. You’ll need to bring your own paper products and garbage bags. We liked having the empty shelves in the hallway to use as our pantry to store the food items, crockpots and board games that we brought. We all loved the downstairs game room and the hot tub, especially since the weather was a bit cold & rainy (mid-June). We rented a golf cart from Lake Harmony Golf Cart to drive from the house the half mile down to the lake. There is plenty to do in the area: Knoebels, mini-golf, indoor water parks, kayak rentals, canoeing (canoe & life jackets come with the house rental), hiking Hickory Run State Park, biking the D-L rail trail and Lehigh Gorge State Park, outlets, restaurants, Piggy’s for breakfast, & Hog Heaven for ice cream. We used the linen service for our bed sheets and bath towels and it was nice not to have to bring those items. The house has plenty of pillows, there are a few extra blankets, and each bed has a comforter. There are picnic tables at the lake and we brought our own bag chairs and beach towels.

Wonderful House
I would highly recommend this house. It was very clean and the bathrooms seem like they were just updated which was wonderful! All the tv's in the home were smart TV's which helped with watching Netflix and Hulu. The fireplace in the living room was my favorite because we went when there was snow on the ground. If you do go when there is snow, make sure you have 4-wheel drive or a truck because the driveway is very steep. We enjoyed in the quiet neighborhood that we were in. There were local restaurants and a general store down the road to pick up last minute essentials. The grocery store and Wawa is about 10-15 minutes from the road and has all the essentials that you need for your stay. The pool table and hot tub were used quite a bit on our trip and they were in great condition. We would defiantly stay here again.
