More cons than pros
Host was kind enough to have an additional AC unit if needed (as I had my 91 yo mother with me, and a previous review complained about the warm house). Unfortunately, it went down hill from there. It was pouring rain the night we arrived. The code key system was not working. I was given no cell number. Took us 15 mn in the rain before we got in. Called next day (phone is in welcome book inside). Was told by manager "in 2 years no one has complained". That's just BS. The lock just kept spinning, not opening. Turns out maintenance man who came to unclog the upstairs bathroom sink after only 2 days, said he's aware of the bad lock. There is also no room for anyone's stuff, as you share 2 of the 3 closets with cleaning crew. The 3rd closet (and the only one in the upstairs bedroom) is locked off completely. We got it open only to find out it is completely filled with cleaning stuff, a mattress, etc. Can't find a way to post the pics I have. The place has potential and is in a great location. Unfortunately, maintenance has fallen way short. Maybe it's because there is a sale sign out front. Host seems more interested in selling the place than accommodating guests.

Great spot in lake Harmony
Such a beautiful relaxing place to stay in lake Harmony. Close to everything we needed during the stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces very much while also having everything we needed inside the home. Wonderful weekend getaway with friends.

The house was nice and clean, just wish the house had air conditioning. The inside of the house was hotter than outside. Was not comfortable for me.

Great Place/Great Time.
This is a nice 3 bedroom house right on Lake Drive across the street from the lake. The views of the lake are great. The house has all you need for a short or extended stay. We did not cook but if we wanted to there were plenty of pots and pans and knives and utensils. All you would need. The house has plenty of parking (could easily fit three cars). However, all of the local restaurants are a short walk away so very convenient. And there is plenty do within a short drive or Uber away. Great tjme. We are coming back soon.
