Pleasant apartment located at 1 Boulevard de la Plage, in the secure residence "Ortal", 2nd floor with elevator, direct access to the central beach of Lacanau, restaurants and shopping street.
Very bright apartment, facing south.

This accommodation includes free WIFI access.
Free provision of a surfboard (Longboard) and a bodyborad + fins in 45.
A 3/2 full suit and a shorty (Short sleeve) are available.

This 30 m² accommodation is made up of:
- Comfortable living room including a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Tassimo coffee maker, vitro hob, microwave, double sink, fridge / freezer, washing machine, ...), a lounge area with TV, coffee table and sofa bed .
- A separate bedroom with 140 cm bed
- A corridor isolated from the living room by sliding door containing 2 bunk beds of 90 cm
- Shower room with shower cabin
- separate WC
- 7 m² terrace with ocean view, including table and garden chair for 4 people.
- Box in the basement of 10 m² to park your vehicle (Attention narrow box, not suitable for all vehicles).

Localisation à deux pas de la plage et des commerces
Echanges très fluides et très bon accompagnement de la part de Bertrand. L'appartement ne manque de rien (hormis une prise dans la salle d'eau) et situé en front de mer. Proximité des commerces et de la vie canaulaise !
