Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Lejligheden var godt udstyret og svarede til billederne, og der var rent og pænt overalt. Værten var meget imødekommende og hjælpsom. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super. Alles passt zu den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Auch für Mountainbiker starten Trails nah am Haus. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und die Abreise fiel uns schwer. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren Ende Mai Anfang Juni 2022 vor Ort. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, der Weg zum Haus abenteuerlich aber an diesen gewöhnt man sich ganz schnell. Das Haus inklusive Pool und Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Top Ausstattung, alles sauber, der Pool wird 2x die Woche gereinigt, was will man mehr?! Handtücher sowohl für drinnen als auch Badelaken für den Pool ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation vor Ort (Duda) war super und die von ihr gegebenen Tipps sehr wertvoll. Fazit: super Haus welches wir nur weiterempfehlen können. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnungen sind etwas abseits gelegen, dafür aber prima für diejenigen, die es etwas ruhiger angehen wollen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren perfekt! Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Ville Athos mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Bin begeistert! Auf den Fotos ist es schön toll, aber live noch besser. Der Anfahrtsweg ist erstmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ist man da, dann ist es mehr als schön. Top ausgestattet, alles sauber. Pool und Rasen werden regelmäßig gewartet, bzw. gemäht. Waschmaschine und Handtücher sind vorhanden! Gerne wieder Frau Duda und Herr Bellati. War echt ein toller Urlaub!

The property was lovely and just as good as the photographs look if nit even better. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. The swimming pool was fantastic especially for the children. Location was as expected...close enough to the nearby towns but peaceful up in the hills. We would definitely recommend this property and Croatia.

Die Küche (Schränke) hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Pool war nicht nur für die Kinder echt spitze!

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen. Das Haus und der Pool sind super. Die Rückmeldung von Herrn Bellati ist extrem schnell und vor Ort hatten wir am Anreistag eine Ansprechpartnerin. Es gibt genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme und auf der Terrasse ausreichend Stühle plus Tisch.

Très bel endroit et au calme idéal pour des vacances en famille ! Belle piscine partagée avec 1 autre villa. Seul point à savoir : petite route de plusieurs kilomètres pour accéder à la maison, assez isolée. Village de Labin à 10 minutes

Den positiven Bewertungen von uns können wir uns nur anschließen. Die Abwicklung war sehr einfach, der Eigentümer hat praktisch jedes mal innerhalb von einer Stunde geantwortet, wir haben alle so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Vor Ort hatten wir in der Verwalterin eine tolle Unterstützung! Jede Frage die wir hatten oder Wunsch wurde sehr zeitnah umgesetzt. Die Anlage ist auf den Bildern fast nicht gut genug dargestellt, es ist wirklich super. Die Erreichbarkeit und die Nähe von Rabac oder Labin ist sehr gut, ohne Auto ist es etwas beschwerlich, aber das trifft auf alle Häuser in den istrischen Hügeln zu. Wir können das Objekt vollumfänglich empfehlen, es ist uns sehr schwer gefallen, abzureisen.

Wir haben einen 14 tägigen Urlaub in dieser Anlage verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist, so wie auf den zahlreichen Bildern zu sehen, sehr schick angelegt und sieht auch in Natura sehr Ansprechend aus. Darüberhinaus waren Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Einrichtung in einem sehr ordentlichem Zustand. Der Eigentümer war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation ist im Vorfeld immer und mit wenig Reaktionszeit per Mail von statten gegangen. Der Pool am Haus lädt zum schwimmen ein, das Meer liegt ca. 5 km mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt. Kultur in jeglicher Form und diverse Freizeitaktivitäten sind in Rabac oder Labin ohne Probleme möglich. Die derzeit vier Häuser (demnächst zwei mehr) darf man bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool direkt vor der Terasse. In Natura sieht es genauso aus wie auf den Internet Fotos...!! Die Inneneinrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen, Platz ohne Ende für eine Familie mit vier Personen, Alles ist vorhanden und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Buchung erfolgte über den Eigentümer Hr.Bellati und klappte prima. Der email Kontakt war sehr nett und alle unsere Fragen, die wir vorher hatten, wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch das Ehepaar welches sich vor Ort um den Ablauf kümmerte und uns begrüßte war sehr nett. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da, die Gegend in Rabac mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren das i-Tüpfelchen....Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung entsprechen exakt den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Wir haben ein sehr schönes, sauberes und komplett ausgestattetes Haus vorgefunden. Auch die Außenanlagen und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt, es wurde sogar regelmäßig der Rasen gemäht. Besonders von der Ausstattung der Küche waren wir begeistert, hier hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Abwicklung bei der Buchung war absolut top, der Vermieter antwortete auf jede Anfrage binnen kürzester Zeit. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch das deutschsprachige Hausmeisterehepaar hätte nicht besser sein können. Die beiden standen jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat, sowie einigen Tipps zur Verfügung. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir bereits über eine erneute Buchung für 2017 nachdenken.

We had great time here. The house is really nice, quiet, new and provided with any facilities you need in order to relax. Location conforme aux photos et à la description, très propre, une bonne literie, le linge de maison et serviettes de piscine fournis. Une très belle vue sur la ville de Labin car le village se trouve sur les hauteurs, a 10min en voiture du centre ville, la piscine est agréable. Au départ de la maison, Il y un sentier pédestre qui mène à Rabac pour les adultes sportif, comptez deux heures de marche aller/retour, c est magnifique. Il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour, la terrasse abritée est très agréable par temps de pluie. Nous recommandons cette location, merci à la collègue du propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et ses attentions.

"Très belle villa. Tout est neuf et bien pensé. Tranquilté absolu. Eloigné des campings et autres et en même temps à côté de la vile de Rabac et de Labin. Piscine agréable à toute heure. Un vrai régal pour un dépaysement total."
