Service was terrible. They charged me parking fees, Wi-Fi. The bath tub is too small and it has a bench over it that I barely enjoyed my hot bath. I checked out one day earlier. I didn’t want to stay any longer. I wa wondering if you can return me some unreasonable charges.

Everything was great, exactly what you’d expect from Marriott. Although the AC didn’t have controls to turn on, we didn’t need it during our stay.

They need housekeeping. No toilet paper, no one cleaned the room. Damaged Lamp shades need to be changed. Noisy rooms. Upper room and other room conversations can be heard in our room. Hard to sleep.

Our stay was comfortable. However we did not realize that Internet was paid for hotel guests and parking was paid as well. Not a place I would recommend knowing you pay for daily internet service which most hotels offer complimentary.

Hotel is located near businesses (walking distance to many places to eat and shop) and ocean (less than 15min).
- Hotel charges $36 parking per night like many others do. No coffee in the lobby BUT an Starbucks shop only.

I was disturbed to discover not only did I have to pay for parking but also access to the internet.

I enjoyed how easy our check in and self parking was. The room was spacious and very clean. The shopping center was a 7minute walk. Overall, I will definitely stay there again.

An amazing location: 5min walk to UTC shopping mall and MTS train which can tale us to San Diego downtown. This hotel is better than Embassy or Hyatt.
