Spacious and bright cottage.
Quiet countryside 10 minutes from Mont-St-Michel and 25 minutes from St-Malo, Dinard, Cancale ....
On the ground floor, a toilet, a large room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven ....) open to the dining area (with table for 4 people) separate from the living room with sofa and leather armchair by a beautiful spiral staircase.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed for your comfort (sheets provided and included in the price), a separate toilet and a bathroom with double sink and large walk-in shower.
Closed and private courtyard with its south-facing terrace and its private barbecue.
Tumble dryer.
The JACUZZI is PRIVATIVE for this cottage, it is located in its independent room.
The other leisure facilities are common to the other gîte (included in the price):
- infrared SAUNA cabin (3/4 people).
- Table tennis table, billiards, table football.
Children's games outside (pedal tractors and small bikes, swing, slide, wooden hut .....)
Animal park with free access for the happiness of young and old (boots available free of charge)!
Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (except prior agreement). Departures no later than 10 a.m.
THE PRICE INCLUDES THE CHARGES (water, electricity, tourist tax, sheets),
JACUZZI AND ALL OTHER LEISURE EQUIPMENT.
Deposit check of 400 euros requested on arrival and returned if no damage is found on the day of departure.

Excellent stay in a fantastic location
Great gite in the beautiful emerald coast. Wonderful host with excellent communication. This quiet location is perfect for tourism, beach holidays and just getting away from it all, the farm animals and facilities make for an excellent family holiday!

Lovely quiet location wonderful host
Lovely host . She was waiting for us when we arrived and welcomed us and showed us around and explained everything. Really nice touch being left a bottle of cidre on arrival . Always happy to help when we asked where nearest shops are and how to get places . Lovely clean house with plenty of amenities. Really comfy beds . My own problem was the spiral staircase which I struggled with but I knew it was a spiral from pictures . Lovely hot tub which was nice to use after a day exploring. I loved going out to feed the animals in the morning. Really close to Mont st Michael which was absolutely amazing and the best part of the stay .

Good location, friendly owner, good facilities.
Superb location within easy reach of Mont st Michel. Farm animals were a huge hit with our daughter and we all loved the hot tub. House was newly refurbished to a high standard with everything you needed. Would recommend.

Great accommodation in lovely rural setting!
We had a great time in Le Pen d'Week at La Vieille Cour in Ville-Cavou (La Boussac, near Mont St Michel). The communication had been perfect right until the moment we arrived. When we were shown around the brand new apartment (well, more like a fully-fledged house, and brand new in classical setting), we were well-surprised. It has all amenities (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave etc.) Our daughter loved all the animals and we loved the jacuzzi :-) We highly recommend this place !!

Une escapade entre Bretagne et Normandie

Parfait
Sejour parfait. Lieu proche de tout St Malo Mont St Michel Cancale. Une maison parfait avec tout ce qu'il faut et un jacuzzi tres agreable. On a passé de vraies vacances reposantes.
