"The food got boring after a while"

"I really liked the hotel facilities, the room decor as well as the food buffet. There was a wide variety of foods and that was very good. What I didn't like was that the dining staff and some of the reception desk staff were not very polite and they need to improve their manners. There were very serious, no "hello" or "thank you". At the reception desk one of the staff members was plain rude to me- I asked her for simple directions to a nearby mall. She rejected my printed directions from...
