50 m2 well equipped cottage near the sea, Sotekanalen & a unique nature reserve

In the cottage and in the quiet surrounding area there are probably everything you need for a nice holiday experience. Well equipped kitchen, nice living room with TV, radio and free WiFi, comfortable beds, clean bathroom / shower and WC. Two spacious and sunny balconies. Good for children is the lawn / play area outside the cottage. Nearby you can take swims in the salty, fresh and clean North Sea or take a beutiful walk on the unique cliffs. It is also nice to look at all the small and large boats passing in the Sotekanalen every day. Great opportunities for walking or cycling as well as excursions with the car to various sights in the nearby area's charming villages Smögen, Kungshamn (about 6 km) and Hunnebostrand (about 5 km).


During the middle and high season we rent out weekly for a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. Other options may be discussed if possible.

Ein ruhiger Ort in wunderschöner Gegend
Gemütliches, hell eingerichtetes, "typisch" schwedisches Ferienhaus mit allem, was notwendig ist. W-lan und Streaming funktionieren. Sehr freundliche, interessierte und interessante Gastgeber, die bei allem helfen, was man so braucht. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern (Naturschutzgebiet), Badestellen gut erreichbar. Sehr gute Restaurants in den nächsten Orten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Sehr erholsam!
Es war rundum ein entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung und einem gemütlichen Haus mit Klettermöglichkeit für Kinder von beiden Terrassen. Wanderwege gibt es ohne Ende in interessanter Natur. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der Westküste zwischen Smögen und Hunnebostrand. Vis a vis der Insel Ramsvik. Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar. Grosszügiges Haus mit zwei weitläufigen Terrassen.

Gemütliches Haus, freundliche Vermieter in sehr schöner Lage
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder mit 5,10,11 Jahren und ein Hund) haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Schweden verbracht. Unser erstes Reiseziel war an der Westküste nördlich von Göteborg in kleinen Küstenort Kungshamm. Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern Margareta und Jan sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie wohnen direkt neben dem Ferienhaus in einem eigenen Haus und sind jederzeit offen für Fragen und geben hilfreiche Tipps rund ums Haus und um die Umgebung herum. Das Haus selber ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich mit einem Eigang, der direkt in die Küche und danach ins Wohnzimmer übergeht. getrennt hiervon ist ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Zusatzcouch und Couchtisch. Vom Wohnzimmer geht eine steile Treppe in den Schlafbereich direkt unter dem Dach, der für unsere Kinder sehr schön war. Ein kleines WC mit einer anschließenden kleinen Dusche runden das Häuschen ab. Bei schönem Wetter laden die beiden Terassen auf beiden Seiten des Hauses zum Verweilen ein. Ein großer Hügel, der direkt auf der Rückseite des Hauses anfängt, lädt zum spannenden Erkunden der Umgebung ein und man hat einen schönen Ausblick, Der nächste Supermarkt ist gute 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Hier gibt es auch Restaurants sowie Cafés und auch zwei Bäckereien. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und man hat viele Möglichkeiten, an der Küste umher zu wandern. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Station für einen Küstenurlaub in Schweden!

Wonderful place!
Very warm welcome, Margareta and Jan gave us many valuable informations. The house is beautiful with 2 terrasses and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. Beautiful surroundings and lots of places to go.

It‘s a cosy little house near Smögen
We have had a nice time here. We loved to walk on the rocks, to visit the wonderful harbours of Smögen, Kungshamn, Hunnebostrand and Bovallstrand. We have visited ‚Nordens Ark‘ and the great Shopping Center in Uddevalla ;-) We tried the shrimps (skärok) on the harbour. And every evening it was a pleasure to come ‚home‘ in this loveley little house! Every night we slept very well, the beds are comfortable.

Hit kommer vi gjerne igjen. Stedet var supert.
Vi var 4 voksne mennesker fra Fredrikstad som hadde to perfekte dager her i påsken. Alt var perfekt, ankomst til hytta som var så utrolig koselig, pyntet med blomster, vi følte oss hjertelig velkomne. Eierne var så hyggelige, og visste ikke hvor bra de skulle gjøre for oss.
