Dear Abdirashid, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your stay was not satisfying. Since our a/c system was new when we opened a year ago I am sorry to hear that this was not good enough. It does not work when the window is open - if that was the case. I see that you booked a standard double room with us, and this is also the room you changed to. We also offer larger rooms for example business room and suite.
