"Our second time there and it was as good as we remembered. Very relaxing with the kids fully occupied all the time. Thought it very good value for money. The only small criticism is that the food at the buffet seemed to have more choice and variety the last time we were there."

"Well, first the front desk person didn't give us a key. So I had to walk all the way back to reception to get the key. Then we noticed that there was no electricity in the room, so I had to walk back again. They told us to switch rooms and gave us the key to the next place. The last thing was that the hair dryer didn't work. Staff wasn't very accommodating or sorry for the multiple inconveniences. Water park was amazing as usual and breakfast was delicious. "
