Property was modern and room was spacious, staff were efficient and quick when issue or request was reported. TV in room has internet access to connect to Netflix and YouTube which was great for rainy days! Daniel was amazing and friendly and deserves to be recognised for his service :)

I was in town for a meeting at the AGH University, which was within walking distance, so the location was very convenient for me. It was pleasant to see people walking and jogging around the park in the evening. I did not use public transportation but I saw tram stations nearby. Breakfast was very good and the AC Lounge was quite nice.

Reception staff friendly enough, but very pushy for extra charges. Make sure you get your invoice and same price you were quoted. Probably the least friendly people in all of Poland work here. The beds were very uncomfortable, room was definitely not up to cleanliness standards of other hotels in this class/rating. There is a big balcony which we paid extra for, but seats had no cushions and it was pretty dirty so didnt use it. Lots of noisy parties. Breakfast was fantastic. I would say typical big chain hotel brand to be honest. More worried about their image than the customers.

Beautiful hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and super clean. Although is not right in the center square, it is located right next to public transportation (short 15-18) minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking your next stay here. I stayed here during Christmas time and I took a picture of the hotel at night.

The hotel was beautiful with stunning features. We had a beautiful suite and everything was amazing. The spa was a very nice touch and the lady at the spa was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Would have been nice to be told about the grab and go breakfast on check in - we didn’t know about it until the day before checkout so missed out a little. Pool is great with towels provided and gowns provided with a deposit. The tram line is right by the hotel which is super convenient but it is also easily walkable to the centre. Rooms are extremely clean and modern so we loved this. See you again next year!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of the stuff that made my third visit to the AC Marriott KRAKOW so pleasant so calm so welcoming. I especially want to say thank you to Maria Zatoń who made sure that I had the room I had on my previous stay at your hotel. I wanted to say thank you to the Filipino cleaning ladies who are absolutely incredible kind happy diligent, and do a great job. This was a birthday visit that I did on my own to KRAKOW and I was welcomed graciously. This is the Polish culture that I grew up with, and I am truly appreciate of of all the people that made it a nice experience for me, this is not my homeland. It’s my parents homeland, but welcoming me like this made me feel like I’m part of your culture, so thank you everyone ❤️

Top Class Hotel
We had an amazing short stay at this hotel, and cannot speak highly enough about every aspect of it! The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. The bedrooms are HUGE and so comfortable. Everything you need in the bathroom, including drench shower, is modern, clean and eco-friendly. The breakfast is top class, and the bar food equally good. Would highly recommend and probably wouldn't be able to stay anywhere else if I was ever revisiting Krakow.

Relaxing City break spot.
Good size room overlooking the park. We found the bed a good size and comfortable for our three night stay. Nespresso machine in the room and pods replenished daily as was the bottled water. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice of food. We only ate once in the restaurant at night as we wanted to try places in the city also which was very nice . Pool and spa area is a great place to relax after exploring the city and the pool and sauna where both very clean. We chose this hotel as it is slightly out of the centre of things but on a lovely park with easy access by tram(about15 mins) or also a lovely walk past parks and museum (30 mins) to main square. Also 15 mins in an Uber to airport.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great for either jumping on a tram or walking into Krakow old town. Would definitely stay there again.
