This apartment (felt like a house) is so darling inside. Very homey and lots of space to spread out. We used it as a home base to move our son into University of Tennessee, I would HIGHLY recommend this place for that purpose. We had plenty of room for several suitcases, a giant Bed Bath and Beyond order including pillows and bedding, as well as a large Target run. The piles of stuff was not in our way at all. Plus with two bedrooms there's space for everyone. The kitchen is serviceable, I cooked a couple meals during our stay but note the very, very small cafe sized table with four barstools, You can't really sit four there and eat. It would be nice to have a little bit larger of a table. But great for one, or for doing work-from-home if anyone needs to have a Zoom meeting (we did!). K Brew Coffee is just a block away, an easy walk or drive, and it is THE BOMB. We absolutely loved it and we are from the Northwest where coffee is king. So so good. The other reviews mention the lawnmower repair shop next door, indeed, they start work most days at 830 a.m. so no sleeping in past then but otherwise it's mostly quiet (it's the moving of the riding mowers outside each morning that is noisy). It's a house on the edge of a main commercial street and bus line, so there are some interesting characters floating around, but the neighborhood has many fixed up homes and cute families and it's definitely a blend. It felt safe and just added local color I'd say. It was surprisingly quiet at night. You're really close to downtown as well as campus (a short 10 minute or less drive, many different ways to get there), and there are so many great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend eating out and trying some different places! Missy the property manager is wonderful to deal with, and we loved all the information and special touches throughout the property. It was about as good as it gets. Thanks!!
