no porter but lucky got lift. no pool but got tubs. outside noise cannot hear but noise fm neighbour n corridor very loud. common space is clean but uncommon one you guess.

Fast check in and check out. Hotel staff are all very friendly and easy access to lots of dining options. Very clean hotel with bathroom toiletries provided.

Overall, my stay was okay. Bed sheets were clean and bedside switches were well organised. Aircon and fridge were working well. Some dirt, stains and mould were found in the bathroom. Stained and moulded shower curtain should be replaced. If safe box were available, it improved my experience further and could go extra mile.

We liked that its near to the rail station about 5minutes walk and lots of food nearby, 24 hours jamilah food store, ngepot containers food place. The room we chose was the premier suite and it was huge with a huge balcony. Bed was comfortable with soft pillow. There is basically all you need. The bathroom is a bit small especially with the bathtub build in. Water pressure was awesome. Breakfast is basic, nasi lemak mee goreng and some cakes which suffice to us. We even managed to catch some fireworks via the balcony at night. All in all we are extremely satisfied with hotel anika

Staff are extremely nice and attentive. We called toom service 2 times. One to replace toiletries and once for disposable cutlery. Both times they were at our door in a min. One of the best hotels in Kluang. Hope there is more business so that they can open more levels for dining.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Everything is good except the water pressure for shower head - the water pressure and heat are very irregular (water flow will suddenly become small till almost stop and the heat will turn cold very fast which not even for me to finish washing away my shampoo).

Highly recommended! Short walk to bus terminal & train station. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with all adequate supplies even providing toothpaste kit & slippers! Bed is comfy. AC is cold. Water pressure is strong. Hot water is good. There's a mart next to it. Lots of shops, f&b & the 2 malls within walking distance. You wont regret choosing this hotel.

No help from concierge staff in carrying heavy bags, stairs up to lobby inconvenient for elderly people. Shower holder came off entirely, apparently not firmly secured, resulting having to hold the spray for bathing. When checking out we accidentally left 2 packets of noodles on the table but were not told by room service staff just before we checked out at the front counter.

It was a decent property for the area. While the general state of the property is a little more run down, it was still well kept and decent value for the price. Sw some renewal and Reno works going on when I was there as well, so there's effort to keep the place running well.
