Cleaning lady woke me up knocking at my door twice at 8:55am and than 9am saying check out is at 9:55 am when it was false ( check out clearly says at noon ) & never seen a hotel having a check out that time it disturbed my morning and if i pay to stay at a place i shouldnt be forced to leave earlier than the check out time state. When i went to check out some other guest were complaning at the front desk about the same thing, she was doing the same thing to other guests it made people confused and angry. Other than that everything was fine. If its common practice be prepared to be disturbed in the morning by cleaning ladies trying to rush their working hours

There was an issue with the room. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and it was all over the windowsill and floor. Complained to the front desk and nothing was done. They kept giving us the run around and didn’t change our room until the next day.

The property was lovely, and the bathroom floor was heated, which was a very nice and unexpected plus. The room was clean and well appointed. The only negative was that when I arrived for check-in (just before 8pm) there was no one manning the front desk (there was a sign saying only "back in 30 minutes", but no indication as to when that time began). I stood around for about 15 minutes before someone finally attended to me (with no apology), but he gave me a cookie, which was quite tasty, so I guess all is forgiven (?). The parking was a little crammed, but by morning there were lots of spaces available, so I guess my late check-in was the cause.

Who ever decided that uneven walkways to the parking lot has never had to use a cane, crutches or a wheelchair. And it shows. Looks great, but is treturous. Other than that, a great place.

More oversite needs to happen with the Housekeeping staff. Several issues that should have been dealt with before check in. With the Global internet issue and room key problems that the front desk was dealing with a manager should have been available to deal with check ins instead of a person who was only on their second day on the job. Check in was confusing and chaotic.

Staff were great, but the property is old and run down. No amount of cleaning will make the rooms look clean as they are old and worn out. Rooms are way overpriced for the poor condition they are in. Would not recommend, unless priced as a roadside motel. I didn’t stay the night due to how dated and gross it felt.
