This is a beautiful town with tons of beautiful shops. The restaurants are to die for especially the taco shop. The morning. Coffee is excellent cute shops like Joe’s… This hotel was sweet catchy and so fashionable interesting to look at and well designed I give it a six out of five… There was a small glitch with a little hot water issue but it’s one of those things that I will absolutely overlook because the whole experience was so good from Customer Service to cleanliness. Just a great experience.

A "small glitch" is just an amazing outlook on your experience, and although we were able to rectify the issue quickly, we do appreciate your patience and understanding. We love the shout out to our neighbor's (El Diablo Tacos & JOE. Hot+Cold) as well. We couldn't agree more that they also add to the experience we are able to offer. So, when are you coming back?

We stayed in room 19, the room itself was wonderful. The balcony was and added bonus. I would say that I was more than a bit disappointed with the bed. The mattress was fine, the issue was that the floor. It was slanted on one side. This caused the bed to be lower on the left side. I can honestly say it was the most uncomfortable sleeping I have had in a long time. It felt like I was going to roll off the bed. Hopefully this will be corrected.

Thanks so much for your feedback! We totally agree that getting a good night's sleep is crucial here. We held off on replying until we could really dig into the issue and sort it out. We've checked everything from the floor to the bed frame and mattress. After tightening, shimming, and even ordering a new mattress, we're pretty sure we've got it all covered now!We really appreciate you pointing this out and helping us step up our game. We hope to see you again soon to check out the upgrades!
