I stayed at this property for 2 days paying $733 in total and was totally disappointed. The room was average at best. Carpet wasn’t very clean, there was a hole in the balcony curtain, Balcony had plenty of dead and alive insects, air conditioning wasn’t good, the room was swinging between being cold and warm and the housekeeping never showed up. For the amount that I payed I’ve had much better service, quality and room luxury in various hotels around the world.

The property advertised for 5 people but the room could only accommodate 4 people, no cot beds were available, spoke to the front desk rude and told me I should have read the fine print.

The hotel seems to have been updated since I was there last and everything is in top shape. Breakfast was a fair price, especially for a well stocked hot and cold all-you-can eat buffet; I recommend taking it as a room add-on option. There was a mix-up with our room, initially but the manner was sorted out immediately. The only complaint I have is that there are large planters just outside the main entrance which block the path along the front of the building. I used the curb-ramp at one end of the walk and pushed my mother's wheelchair down to the main doors but had to turn around and come back on the driveway as we could not pass.

Attended for the Home Grown music festival. It's directly at the end of Princess street which allows for good walkable distance to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Clean, professional, easy check in. Parking is extra.

The manager and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We went to the manager about our room and they tried to accommodate us with a different room. On the Sunday while we were having breakfast, the same manager came over and spoke with us about our room and listened to our suggestions as to how tha hotel could change things to make the room more wheelchair accessible for others.

The location is great, hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Outside of that disappointed, booked room with balcony (marina view) - in fact could not use balcony because air conditioner unit in front and we could not see marina for the large AC unit. Lasty, very loud patrons in the halls at all hours of the night, hotel staff did nothing to quiet the disturbers. Disappointing.
