Firstly, I had to reach out the day prior to our check in date to get the “check in”instruction email.
I was originally told ,in a too bad so sad sort of a tone, that the person responsible was gone away and there was nothing she could do to get us into the build for our 6 night stay.
Once this was rectified and we did get the code to the door it didn’t take long to realize the hot tub was empty. Trying to get information on if this was going to be fixed and up and running for our stay was difficult. I called several times and left a couple messages. The response was once again, sorry things break feel free to ask for a refund through VRBO if you’d like.
The cavalier attitude and dismissive tones made it feel as if these were common complaints!
Eventually I was able to speak with the maintenance man, and he sounded genuinely sorry for the issue with the hot tub, however anticipated it would NOT be fixed until spring.
Very disappointed with the communication and l believe the hot tub has been an on going issue!
