All the staff members are busy at their work and happy to work together. The management team is hiring the right people. The team members are also gracious to meet guests and do things guests like without the guests asking for those things to be done.

This was my first time staying at the Sea Ranch Resort and it was an enjoyable experience. The room was very clean though not new. The staff very helpful. I’m a bit over the “No housekeeping” policies that are now a norm at hotel/motel now a days. Fresh towels and trash collection would be nice. But this seems to be everywhere now. I would stay at The Sea Ranch again for sure. Also the restaurant was very nice. Small be nice.

Couldn’t have asked for better views or beach access. The 2 bedroom suite was really nice. The bedroom in the front was not very quiet for sleeping as there was a car show in town and they spent late hours in the parking lot. The breakfast food and location was so good!! We will definitely be back. Perfect for a girls’getaway.

We enjoy this place principally because of the view of the ocean and closeness to the beach. Parking is ample and appreciate that. We have been to this place various times and will return but it would be nice if upgrades were applied to the apartments as per below. Employees smoking on bottom floor gives a pervasive tobacco smell to the area. Kitchen, oven and stove top not clean. Under sink it was not clean either and we had to go to front desk to get dishwasher soap. No second toilet paper roll was in bathroom. Carpet is old and stained. Sofa needs to be replaced and deck facing ocean needs cleaning as well. Had to get battery replacement for remote TV device.

Location was excellent, very close to the beach and all the attractions, decided to splurge for the oceanview and wasn't disappointed! Room was a little dated looking but the view and location made up for it, overall a really pleasant stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Ranch Resort and will definitely be back. The location was perfect. I loved that our room had a fridge, microwave, blow dryer, DirecTV, private balcony, great ocean view, in-room sofa, good water pressure, and comfy bed. The only thing I didn't like was the late check-in time. According to our booking, we couldn't check in until 5 pm so we had to find things to do until we could check in. It wasn't really much of a problem though, but if I had to say one thing I didn't like it would be that. Overall, we had an awesome, relaxing stay & we will be back.

The location couldn't have been better. Oceanfront. The restaurant was closed because of some type of mechanical issue, so that was a little disappointing.

Love that this property is right on the beach. Our view was amazing. The heated pool could have been more heated - it honestly didn’t seem heated at all but I could be wrong. It was indoors so that helped to shield from all of the cold this time of year. The property is in the middle of all of the action that OBX has to offer. Convenient to grocery, shopping and outings Overall this property was great and everything that we expected. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location. Shopping and miniature golf are walking distance. Spacious condo with clean rooms and an amazing view. Full size kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, even an ironing board. I was really impressed with the room. The elevator was super slow and was not always working. Air conditioning unit was very loud. Despite the negative, I would stay again.

The location of the property and ocean views from our room were wonderful. I was pleased with the welcome we received when we arrived an hour earlier than check in. I was disappointed with the litter on the dunes that was visible from the balcony.

Property was undergoing renovations. At check in was told that all guests with reservations had been called to inform about renovations in case they wanted to cancel. I checked my phone but had not received a call or voice mail from the property. Had booked 2 oceanfront rooms for 2 nights for us and another couple to attend wedding at property. Second day, the heat was not working so I reported it at 1:30 when we went down for wedding. Returned to room that evening to find that it had not been checked. That night we had no heat (temp in the 30's), were moved to another room which had no heat either. Were then transferred to a basic room which had heat. The other couple travelling with us had no heat in their room either. Refund was given by Expedia for both rooms, but not sure if it was fair because there was no explanation as to how it was calculated. Otherwise property was older but clean, in a good location. Staff seemed overworked. Perhaps our experience would have been different if renovations were not ongoing.

We pre-booked and paid in advance. The desk clerk was almost rude. The room was nice, oceanfront! The bed was hard for us. The room was very clean and roomy. Everything worked with a great heat system. I was at OBX for a surgical procedure so wanted a room with room service for breakfast before our trip home. No room service, short staffed. We went to the Bistro, and it was great. We had a very nice and friendly waitress and great food.

I stay at this hotel when I Birdwatch in the winter in the Outer Banks. When I book with Expedia, I get a $20 coupon that I use for their excellent breakfast. Their Wi-Fi is very fast. They have Turner classic movies. The place is always clean and the staff is very accommodating and kind.
