Great stay, especially for families.
The environment is absolutely great. There's plenty of scenery and privacy. For families, they have a little playground for the kids. The pool is a bit deep but there's actually a more shallow pool attached, so that's great for the kids. The food we had was also good. When we wanted to go into town, they arranged a tuktuk at a good price and we could tell him to come back for us. Twice we were in town and wanted to go back, so we called the hotel and they sent the tuktuk driver for us. It was very convenient. The reason I didn't give the higher rating is 2 minor things. 1) there was an odor that came from the sewage line at times. Of course, we noticed it more when first entering the bungalow. It seemed to come from the underground pipes into the shower drain. It was not a big enough problem to prevent our return or ruin our trip, but I'm just fully disclosing. We were in unit #4. 2) The aircon did not blow very cold. Since it rained most of our trip, it wasn't a big problem, but on hotter days, it would be a problem, especially for my hubby and at bed time.

Would not recommend.
Stay was ok. There is no in room safe, which I always look for, however we were given 15% off food and drink, depending who we paid. The chalet could have done with the floors having a good clean, it seemed only towels and bed sheets were changed. Not all food on the menu was available. On 2 occasions when we went to order food we were ignored by staff to they finished on their phones. At checkout I had to point out costs on the menu as the member of staff was unable to work it out. We had to leave at 7.15am and I asked could we order boiled eggs to take with us, (breakfast was included in our price) only to be told breakfast starts at 7.30am, even though water was being boiled to make another guest coffee.

Let us please give you a detailed feedback on all the points: When it comes to cleanliness, we are rated one of the cleanest place in town by hundred of guests that have stayed with us. This is visible and can be confirmed on all major international operators. The floors on our gazebos are also cleaned daily but wind and rain can have an impact during the course of the day. Also, please do not forget we are in a tropical garden. The absence of safe in room as well as time of breakfast is clearly indicated in our policies. However, we offered you to put your valuables in our house safe. Same for the breakfast where we offered you to have it before our normal opening times as you had to leave early. We are always doing our best to be flexible as much as we can and cover all needs of our guests. It is true that not all food on menu is always available as we cook fresh and mostly organic everyday and we can be short of some ingredients. Our menu is however big enough to cover everyone's needs should one specific dish be missing. With kind regards,

Arrived quite late in the day & the lovely staff were happy to cook up a great pizza for us (pizza & bread cooked from scratch on-site) & facilitated a quick check-in. Room was clean & spacious, as was the bathroom, with a decent shower (small with limited hot water - as to be expected in Kep.) Room features a nice patio with seating & a comfortable hammock. Air-conditioner in the room is very good - only issue when a storm knocked out the electricity one night, but obviously no fault of the hotel. Rooms are a little aged but well maintained. Breakfast offering was great & very reasonable price - $5 USD for coffee/tea, juice, fruit, & various choices consisting of eggs/fresh bread/bacon/sausages/muesli/yoghurt etc Grounds are well maintained & very pretty with lots of different flowers. Small pool is nice for a quick dip. Awesome staff who organised tuk tuks, affordable laundry, bus & boat tickets & anything else that was required. Very close to Crab Market & restaurant offerings, & a quick tuk tuk ride to the beach side of Kep. Atmaland is a good option if you are spending time in Kep.

Great staff and a lovely relaxing time
Lovely clean, good sized bungalow. Great air con and hot water. Our fan broke whilst we were staying and the staff went out of their way to solve the problem and fixed it on the same day. Pool was clean and lovely to relax around. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and great Khmer and western choices. Staff were friendly and so helpful. Organizing buses and tuk tuks for everyone. We would really recommend staying here. Kep beach on the other hand is not worth the walk. It’s dirty and covered in plastic. Avoid and stick to the national park, crab market, sailing club and relaxing at Atmaland. Might be worth mentioning that you are on the edge of the National Park so expect to share your bungalow with big bugs and big spiders! The cats will happily chase them away in the restaurant though!

A Home Away From Home
This hotel was even better than it looked online. The bungalow was very roomy, with a large bathroom and shower. The property is beautifully landscaped and very clean. There was a fan on the front porch, so we kept cool while swinging in the hammock or just reading. There were many options for breakfast; everything we tried was delicious. The home made popsicles were excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

Peace, quiet, comfort and fresh air.
Relax on the porch of your comfortable bungalow in the foothills of Kep National Park. A welcome place with pool, quiet, and the crab market only a ten minute walk away. We could have stayed longer.

Nice relaxing stay
Further from beach but near crab market which we preferred. Lovely place, relaxing aymosphete, good pool, rooms great, good choice for breakfast,value at only $5. Tuk tuk $2 to beach , we walked to crab market. Definitely recommend.

Great staff, good food, nice room, clean pool. 10 min walk to crab market for restaurants and mini mart, reasonable prices. $2 tuk tuk from beach or 20 min walk uphill. Quiet location.

Beautiful grounds, convenient location.
We stayed at Atma land for two nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in Cambodia or Vietnam. The room was extremely clean and the veranda outside was a great way to spend down time. There was a pool and beautiful grounds with flowers everywhere. The included breakfast consisted of eggs, baguette, juice, coffee or tea and fresh fruit. This property is close to the walking trail and is a ten minute walk from the crab market. There is a karaoke bar some distance away but still audible at night- the only downside to this property. Highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful Oasis
Everything was right about Atmaland Resort! Staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast just right; location was perfect; swimming pool just right; excellent value for money; and beautiful cared for gardens! Highly recommended for couples, families, or people whom want to get away from it all. Not suitable for partiers!

Schöne Unterkunft mit nettem und hilfbereitem Personal. Schöner Pool (nicht groß, aber ausreichend), schöne Bepflanzung im "Garten" und gutes Essen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es kaum etwas, aber zum entspannen am Pool eine gute Wahl. Außerdem ist der Nationalpark in der Nähe.

Ein Traum
Einfach perfekt! Wer Ruhe sucht und zudem schnell an alles wichtigen Orten in Kep sein möchte, ist in diesem erstklassigen Hotel richtig. Die Bungalows sind sehr sauber und liegen ein einem super schönen Garten mit Pool. Zudem kann man in der Ferne das Meer sehen. Tolles Restaurant mit überraschen niedrigen Preisen. Alle konnten sehr gut Englisch und herzliche Gastgeberin aus Slowenien.
