Beautiful hotel! The staff is friendly, and they had an amazing breakfast spread. The beds are comfortable, and the views are spectacular. Kazbegi in general is stunning, and this hotel compliments it well.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful place. The food, the service, the view--all was outstanding. The breakfast is one of the best we have had anywhere in the world.

Kazbegi stay
Small rooms, no wardrobe, small bathroom (wetroom) as no closed shower space. Restricted coffee in the room. Breakfast was good, but with relatively slow service… Gym was small and usually crowded. Swimming pool is ok, but gets crowded and no house rules imposed so children were screming and splashing the water all the time…. Overall, maximum 3 stars hotel and definetely overpriced…

Kazbegi stay
This hotel is overrated. I think it is maximally three stars. Rooms are too small, bathrooms even smaller. Shower in the bathroom is not closed one, so water is splashing all over the bathroom. There is no wardrobe or shelves where you can unpack your bags, so everything stays in the suitcases. Free coffee is very restricted to two coffee sachets per day per room. Staff are friendly, but a bit slow on the restaurant side. Swimming pool is indoor with two saunas, but there were few unruly families whose children were freely screaming and splashing out water and playing like swimming pool is their own. Staff did not react when we warned them that house rules should be followed. Breakfast is great and rich, with separate eggs station and choice of savoury and sweet delices, but limited to filter coffee only and 1 coffee only from the bar per person (second one would be charged). Gym is small with only few exercising machines and gets easily crowded. Overall hotel is overpriced.

Rooms Hotel in Kazbegi is a great place to stay when in Kazbegi. The view, the location and the overall vibe are out of this world. The rooms are not very well maintained considering the price per night at this hotel, but it’s cleaned and equipped. The lobby, the restaurant and the terrace are all nice places to chill, eat and have a drink. It’s a beautiful hotel and highly recommended when in Kazbegi.

The location and views are great. They were supposed to provide a bottle of wine upon arrival and they provided a tiny 150ml little bottle. Although the pool is nice, they do not keep it as clean as it should. Staff were generally helpful.

Amazing location, facilities and what’s make it even more outstanding is the staff. Amazing bunch of people at the front desk! Kudos to Nina and her team! Many won’t like it but the idea of non tv in rooms makes you enjoy and appreciate the views of the Kazbegi region!

Hotel is reliant on view but otherwise substandard
Do not stay here! Instead opt to come for lunch or a coffee on a day trip from Tbilisi using a tour or GO trip. - husband got food poisoning - hotel offered ‘sparkling water’ by solution - charged for an espresso at breakfast! - gym radiator was on, absolutely roasting and difficult to use - we were allowed a free upgrade but didn’t get this due to hotel being full but we cannot validate if this is fair or not - I asked for an omelette with vegetables at breakfast but this came with cheese then they rushed out the new one which was severely underdone..given the food poisoning issue this was worrying - my husband was criticised from ordering the same thing that gave him food poisoning. This was a chicken sandwich and low priced and all he could stomach - he couldn’t face going further afield as wasn’t feeling well - had to have dinner next to a buffet of trippers and shoved in a corner - shower was leaking and didn’t have enough towels to prevent getting this everywhere - we had an early check in but our room was an hour late to enter on the standard time - we also had a free bottle of wine for 2, this was a 175ml bottle so barely enough for 1 - smoke came from other balcony’s into our room (we wanted to let my husband get some air as he was poorly) - manager tried to compensate us for all of the above by giving us a poster… felt like an insult

I was dreaming about the visit of this hotel. View is just incredible, probably even better than I Imagined, but I was very much surprised about the facility.... It is on the level of 3 stars. Minuses: - no TV in the room -no safe in the room -no closet (or any shelves for clothes) in the room -no mirror in the room ( only small one in bathroom) -control between hot and cold water is very annoying -the shower is very bad made - it is very small, there is no any barrier for water and after the shower the water is all around the place -The pool is getting old -Staff is really trying but you can see how many people are very new and not very professional Pluses: -Incredible view! I could sit on the terrace forever! -Hot tube was a great thing to enjoy cold evenings -Breakfast is excellent ( sadly champagne is only during the weekend) I think this hotel has everything to be perfect but needs some work for that

I booked a room at this property after great reviews from my friends and amazing recommendations. My experience however was totally different and I found the staff very inhospitable, especially the security team. From the moment I arrived, the security and bell boys were downright rude. They were annoyed that I stopped the car in front of the hotel to unload my bags and were rushing me to go to the parking (maybe because of my skin colour, I don’t know). I was driving a rental car from Tbilisi to Kazbegi. I parked my car at the hotel, and provided my car plate number during check-in. However, there was a ‘function’ planned for the next day and all guests had to move their cars from the parking lot. Instead of calling me directly, since I had provided my car number, they called the police to get my car removed, who then called the rental owner, who then called me. And the staff extremely unhelpful to provide an alternate parking and I was told to park on a hillside next to the hotel, where most sedan couldn’t park. The next day, when I was checking out, they did not even allow me to get my car inside to load my bags and I had to drag my luggage for 100 meters to exit gate. I had specifically asked about parking when booking and if it was not available, due to some function for a higher order guest of the hotel, they should have at least informed the clueless second rated guests who are staying at the hotel about unavailability of parking, or at least provided an alternate.

Although the views and food were spectacular, the room was very small, bare-bones and out of date. There was no TV, in-room safe, shower door (water spillage issue), cushions for whicker chairs on the balcony, USB ports or closet. Also, the internet access was highly insecure. At this price, they should offer more.

Great Location, Great View, but...
No doubt its the best location and it offers a great view of the Kazbegi mountain, if the weather is nice. BUT, the rooms are very small, shower is tiny, and our over head shower head doesn't work, so we had to use the hand held shower, water pressure was very weak as well. There's no privacy on the room balcony, you can hear and see people from every direction. You can see the hotel was designed well, but the upkeep wasn't great. It looks tired. Despite that, the staffs are great and helpful. Oh, and the free bottle of wine as a GOLD member, that's 175ml, just saying.

Wonderful Stay
This hotel is a must in kazbegi, I think otherwise, the whole trip would’ve been different. From the quality of the food to the service to the facilities to the VIEW, it was absolutely great! The chef cares a lot about the food and is making sure all dishes are delivered in a proper manner. The hot tub is a must at night with the beautiful views. The only issues are how old the hotel is and how bad the toilet is in the room.

Pleasant stay
It was a pleasant one night stay. Ideally located with the best view of Mt Qazbegi. Rooms are small and so is the washroom. I do wish there was a shower door installed. I kept hitting my leg on the corners of the bed base. The pool is fantastic! Breakfast was ok! We had dinner here and the food was quite good although with the dim lighting we couldn’t read the menu well or see our food clearly. The service was also good.

Nice hotel with a nice view. The massage was excellent. The windows are in pretty bad quality. Who ever decided ordering these windows for this hotel did a bad decision. The gym in ok, you can exercise your core muscles , but the pull up bar bar doesn’t work well. The shower in sauna should be fixed. The pool water is super chlorinated.
