Very clean and well kept up. The free Japanese food breakfast buffet is delicious, and changes every day. Close to train station. Lots of food and shopping options close by.

Excellent, new hotel.
Excellent. Staff friendly. Clean, new hotel. Lots of hot water, all needed conveniences. Nice breakfast. Convenient to station and town.

私の部屋はWi-Fiがつながっていません。 そして他の部屋のドアの音や廊下の音が聞こえるなど防音がいまいちでした。 何より柏を初めて来てみましたが、私が到着した時間が24時に遅くはありましたが、治安がとても悪そうでした。 日本人、中国人女性が居酒屋の宣伝をして危険そうな男性もいましたし、街に誰が見てもヤンキーのような若い男女が多すぎて正直怖かったです。 東京、神奈川ではこんなところ見たこともありません。 ただ駅前商店街がとても充実していて、大型ドラッグストアやドン·キホーテ、大型スーパーなど生活に関するインフラは町の大きさに比べてかなり良かったという印象があります。 総合的に悪いホテルではなかったが、また行くことはなさそうですね。

子供のサッカーの試合の応援の前乗りで利用しました。ホテルは、キレイでした！朝食が見た目より、お肉とか柔らかくて美味しかったです✨アメニティなどもSDGsへの取り組みなのでしょうか？無駄なく用意されてる感じがしました。
