Did not get the prior notice from Hotels.com that we need two set of code, one to enter the building and other to checkin. I didnt get the mail for code or probably it sunk in junkmail. So we freezing outside the bldg for 30min until Hotels.com staff contact the concierge. And anothe half hour reaching our friend who can speak Japanese to contact the concierge for checkin code. The room is clean and cozy but almost everything controlled by fully Japanese control panel. There's a translated manual in the tablet but still very difficult to understand. Hence, if you can't read and speak Japanese do.avoid booking this hotel.
