It was a nice hotel. Great location. Quiet and easy parking. Loved the waffles in the morning. The jetted tub in my air was great but the shower needed to be fixed. The door was hanging ajar and it was definitely dated.

Love this hotel! It will be our go to when in KC! Easy reservation on Expedia, check in was easy. Great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and close to everything we did!

This hotel is very outdated. The bed was broken and made noise, paint was peeling or patched very bad. People that stayed there were so loud. It was basically a hang out party hotel.

Hairs in the bathroom
Had reserved room with jacuzzi. Bathroom sink had hair in it from not cleaning and jacuzzi did also. Could see dirt around the jacuzzi. The bed looked like the sheets had not been changed. Did not get to enjoy the purpose for the requested room with jacuzzi. If you don't mind a room with the most important cleanliness is not done then enjoy your stay otherwise i wouldn't recommend

A great hotel. Work in progress.
The hotel is older but they are slowley renovating it. The staff in all shifts is wonderful. You have an awesome crew and the breakfast and coffee were awesome. If i had any complaints at all, it would be the carpet needs to be changed throught the hotel and the mattresses are in need of replacing. They are very firm and uneven. My back hurt from sleeping on them. Its a great hotel and i will stay again. Avi deserves a raise. Hes wonderful at his job of operations manager.

Disappointing...
Booked a night to stay halfway home from a trip. There was a used bandaid in the bed that I didn't notice till the morning. The blackout curtain fell down quite literally on my face. They also booked the hotel to what looks like construction workers whose shift doesn't end till 1am, meaning from 1am-3am there was tons of people in the hallways talking and banging stuff around. I had to clean out the gunk that built up in the bath tub jets, and the carpet was generally dirty. I am never staying here again, and in fact this is the worst experience I've ever had at a best western. The 50% refund of the room doesn't begin to make up for the lack of sleep and discomfort I experienced. I would've been better off pulling over on the side of the road and sleeing in my car, in fact it probably would've been quieter and cleaner

The staff was great, even brought my phone that I left at the front desk to me! Only complaint is the pothole entering the parking lot. Didn’t see it in the dark and it’s kinda harsh if you drive over at the wrong angle.

We went to the KC area for a wedding. They were close to the wedding venue and reasonable with the price. Room was clean and quiet. It rained while we were there so we did not explore. It's close to the highways but far away enough to be quiet. Willing to stay there again on our next visit to KC. PS> The breakfast was very good too.

Not a perfect stay!
We were stuck in an ADA room, which we did not book. The room had a weird smell. The hallway light by the bathroom flickered (after turned off) on the last night which kept us awake for quite a while.

I didn't stay... I was in my room for maybe 5 minutes before deciding to stay somewhere else. Sheets were dirty, headboard had fluids on it, hair, shower had used soap and water spots, mirror had toothpaste splatter on it.. carpet stains.. very unpleasant.

There were no available rooms upon my arrival. So we had to “hangout” on standby until they could get a room cleaned quickly which is extremely what happened. The quickly cleaned room had a bed that had stains and was soiled and the tub didn’t appear to be cleaned.Not sure why there was no room ready for me as I arrived 2 hours late!
