The perfect boutique hotel in Kanazawa
Kaname Inn is a really special place and I highly recommend it for all looking to stay in the perfect location in our favorite city in Japan, Kanazawa, in a fabulous boutique hotel with amazing customer service. Our room was gorgeous overlooking the city. It is right next to the museums and gardens and all the restaurants and izakayas you want to try out. The staff were incredibly helpful, going well above and beyond to help me call hotels in our next *four* (!!) destinations to confirm details. And on top of all that it has one of the coolest bars in the entire city in their lobby, with fabulous cocktails, a dj playing great records, and an incredible soundsystem. I can't recommend it enough!

Very comfortable and a little trendy
Lovely large room and gorgeous bar downstairs. We only stayed one night, but very much enjoyed the comfort of Kaname Inn Tatemachi and felt very welcome. I particularly liked the mushroom soup breakfast option :)

New hotel in the heart of Kanazawa. A pretty walkable town and this hotel is close to a lot of great attractions Kanazawa has to offer. The rooms are a good size and the staff is very nice and helpful. We had a great stay at Kaname Inn.

This is a great little hotel. Very sleek and modern, and a great location in the heart of Kanazawa. We had a deluxe room for our family of four, and it was lovely and spacious. The deluxe rooms are suites, featuring a separate living room (with comfortable full-sized sofa bed) and a bedroom with two full-sized beds. The bathroom was huge and included a washing machine. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. Note that early check in is not available, though we were able to check our bags until our room was ready.

Great place to stay in Kanazawa
This is a terrific little gem of a boutique style hotel in a cool area of Kanazawa. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they made our first visit to Kanazawa very memorable!

Amazing Japan
The hotel is new and it is very very nice. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great. Very close to public transportation and historic district. We loved our stay at the Kaname Inn T and hope to be able to stay there again if we get the chance to come back. Arigato!

Great location, so easy to get around with this as your base. Very friendly and helpful staff! New, trendy and cool place to stay. And the music bar is amazing! Great chilled atmosphere and brilliant music.

Overall; a very good stay for 4 nights
Customer service was superb. The beds are a little hard and the heated toilet seat was not adjustable which was a bother. But they supplied indoor slippers & fresh robes/towels daily. The view from our corner room was great. The hotel was centrally located and not far from convenience & shopping stores, bus lines, and restaurants.

The hotel though is small but it is very clean and convenient, only a minute walk to the misj street which has access to the buses. It is located in a small street but there are a row of boutiques and cafes so it is really pleasant to walk around. The room though is not big but it is a good size for Japan standard. The toilet is also has a good size. However, the rooms that we got have no TV. If you are the type that must watch TV e eryday, make sure that you let the hotel know. As the hotel is very now, probably just a few months old, it is very clean. However, we do encounter air conditioning problem which has disturbed us the whole night. Other than that, I think it is a good hotel with friendly and helpful stuff. Most of them speak good English.

入り口から綺麗で部屋もシンプルかつ綺麗でとても良かったです。エコプランの実施など、環境への配慮も見られました。説明も分かり易かったです。1階のバーは夜ミュージックバーになって良い音楽をかけてくれ、いるだけで充分楽しめました。また利用したいです。

色々便利
広い部屋で、大きいソファーもあり、快適だった。新しく清潔感もあったが、残念だったのは窓から景色が望めないこと。窓を開けても隣のビルの壁。 立地も、繁華街に近く、兼六園、美術館、武家屋敷に徒歩圏内で、便利だった。 総合的には、観光目的とすると十分満足のいくホテルです。

まるでモデルルームのようなとてもキレイなホテルでした。 4人宿泊でセミダブル2台と書かれていましたが、お部屋に着いてみると、ソファベッドも使用できるようベッドメイクして頂いていて、セミダブルに1人ずつ、ソファベッドに2人が寝て余裕の広さでした。 強いて言うなら、シャワーの水圧が低くく使いづらかったです。

金沢滞在には便利なホテル
21世紀美術館、兼六園にも近く便利なロケーション。 私は本多の森ホールで行われるライブ目的で利用したのですが、ホールへもそれほど遠くはないのでおすすめです。 飲食店が多い場所に近いので食事にも困ることはないでしょう。 駐車場はありませんが提携駐車場が1泊￥1,000で利用できるので、車でも便利です。 ただし昔ながらの自走式の立体駐車場で狭いです。

ロケーションは抜群
日本人よりも外国人を主なターゲットにしている感じで、エレベーターの案内も先に英語で流れていた。フロントのスタッフも日本語は流暢だが外国人の方だった。 データ通信も国内外への通話もオールフリーのスマホがあり、チェックアウトまで使い放題だった。 スマホがあるためだとは思うが、客室内に時計、メモ帳、筆記用具、デスクスタンドがなく不便だった。また、マグカップはあったが、グラスがなく、これもとても不便に感じた。 部屋は広く綺麗だが、大きな段差があり、子供連れや高齢者には危ないと思った。 ロケーションは香林坊や片町が徒歩圏なので食事にもショッピングにもとても便利だった。
