Great location, close to Station with good restaurants to select from! The room is very nice and bigger than usual in Japan! In-house bath is very good. Parking for small to compact cars!

Convenient and Reasonable price
Good location, clean, good service, bed a bit too hard. Didnt have breakfasts at the hotel but there's 7-eleven next door and a selection of breakfasts at Kanazawa station which is 5-7 mins walk.

Good decor, clean room. We enjoyed breakfast buffet and public spa. We booked the room with daily breakfast, but we needed to leave for the airport early on the day we left. We asked if we can bring something like a takeout breakfast bag with us. They declined our request. It would be nice if they would let us bring some breakfast on our way out. This is the only regret that we had.

Good place for a short trip
After getting off a long haul flight and headed straight to Kanazawa, there was nothing more we wanted than a hot shower. They weren’t ready for us to check in initially, so we came back right before check-in hours. They were able to give us a room that was already cleaned with extra pillows we had requested at the time of booking. The hotel is surprisingly new and roomier than most standard hotel rooms in Japan. TV was small and placed in a rather strange location, but that’s not a big deal. Public bath was very nice with extra security provided with an additional key. The stay was overall pleasant, even though the hotel is somewhat similar to an American hotel business model (charging extra for little things such as water or extra towels).

Other side of station from most of the sights but only a five minute walk. Note that jr rail national passes work on 2 bus lines. Fare on others only ¥200 though if better times. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Hotel Vista Kanazawa was amazing. From the moment I walked in it was a warm welcome from all of the staff. They were very helpful. Whether they spoke English or not, they always worked hard to make sure that everything was understood. Your room key scans to let you use the elevator. Once in the Elevator you scan your key again and it takes you to your floor, you don't even have to press a button. Breakfast was every morning, it was buffet style. They had Japanese breakfast and European continental breakfast. The Japanese breakfast was delicious, eggs cooked to perfection. Inside my bedroom there was a tablet/Ipad that had information on it for everything in the local area and within the hotel. There are spa/public bath facilities they have male and female. You use your key to access it. That was 5 star. Stunning and had all the facilities to go with it; hair dryer, lotion, shampoo, towels, robes, slippers, ear swabs, etc.. Everytime I left the hotel and came back, I had a very warm welcome. Overall I had the best time there. I would recommend 100% and also I would return!

New, clean rooms with a spacious public bath on 2F, very comforting after a long day. Staff were friendly but don't expect any sort of concierge service like helping you book a restaurant reservation. I asked if they could help me (non Japanese speaker) to book a restaurant. They told me it was against their policy to do this. Also they couldn't explain to me what the phone charges would be if I used it, so I didn't. Breakfast was good, though it can get a bit crowded during the busy hours. The hotel offers Kanazawa roasted green tea which I'm told is served locally (which I also saw in restaurants), and it was tasty. Directions: About a 5 min walk from the train station, with half of it possible underground. Exit the train station from the west exit, look to the left and you will see the set of stairs going down to an underground passage. Go down those stairs one level down, turn right, then go straight (no turns) until you reach stairs going up, then go up to street level. Keep walking straight ahead for about 1 min on the sidewalk. You should be able to see the Hotel Vista sign high up on the building ahead. This hotel is right next to the Hotel MyStays and a glassy Travel Cafe.

Trip to Kanazawa
The hotel crew provides good & prompt service and attention to our requests allowing us to check in early. In addition, onsen facilities was fully new with automated doors allowing only hotel guests & breakfast fantastic. Will recommend it for stay at Kanazawa area.

A brand new and pretty hotel
Hotel is brand new and has nicer design than the usual chain hotels around a train station. The public bath was a very nice addition. Breakfast was pretty good in a bright and airy room and it’s got a lot of fruit on offer which is a nice touch.

Close to station and sign is visible from the JR exit - opposite Korokoen side - and on main boulevard. Opened less than a year ago and very clean. I had a compact double on the fourth floor which was alright - the open bath and restaurant are on the second floor and are both good. Only two elevators which can be slow at times. Overall, comfortable and convenient.
