Excellent location situated next to the Hanok village. Parking was convenient and free. The staff were professional and helpful. Our bathroom had a squeaky faucet & splashed water over tbe sink. Nicely equipped fitness center but closed early at 9 pm!! Overall, a good 3 star hotel on a great location!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hanok village is right beside the hotel which made it very convenient. We had a nice view of hanok village from our hotel room. Will definitely stay here again on our next Korea trip!

Hotel is right next to Hanok Village so easy to walk around check out the place. Hotel is nice and room is spacious. Check is service is a bit stupid as you have to get ticket number and wait until they called you. Never came across like that before at any hotels I have stayed in.

Staff were pleasant, friendly and amazing! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hotel location was FANTASTIC! The hanbok village is located right behind the hotel...couldn't have been any closer!

The location was great, being close to the Hanok village. Outside of that, the rooms have minimal sound proofing between them, lots of strange and random noises at night. Hotel services are very minimal.

Must stay when in Jeonju!
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and ample. The walls were kind of thin & you could hear people closing their doors etc but it wasn’t a big deal. There was an amazing scent in the lobby which they sell in the cafe. The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the hanok village and the convenience of cafes, street food and restaurants at your doorstep.

Our deluxe room was overlooking the hanok village, which was amazing. Room and bathroom was spacious, beds were really comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Well done!! I would definitely recommend this property for those coming to Jeonju!

The location is adjacent to the hanok village. The lower exit at the back of the hotel exits into the village. The hotel has the weirdest checkin process only at 2:30. Mass confusion and crowds of people at 2:30 to checkin. The rooms have no amenities , a bed, bathroom and tv. No wall decor, very stark rooms. The bathtub has extremely low water pressure and takes forever to fill the tub. The buffet breakfast was not good, cost $19 assortment of western and Asian foods They had pizza for breakfast. Overall great location and you have a place to sleep

Really love the location. Go out the back door and you're right in the Hanok Village. The staff are very courteous and the room was great. Water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but on par with most hotels in Korea. The morning breakfast buffet was decent at 20,000 KRW for adults.

Facility was well kept and clean. However, the management of COVID situation was subpar. No one checked our temperature upon entering the hotel. This should be standard for a hotel of this level for the safety of all guests.

Our Lahan Hotel Jeonju is the only hotel in Jeonju with no corona-occurring patients, and the corona check is currently being operated as a non-face-to-face self-measurement.
