Nothing was unique. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. The bathtub was unsafe. The toilet was terribly nasty and stained. Turns out it was on a highway next to a railroad track. They locked the office at 6 o’clock in the evening. I killed a water bug and a roach. The microwave was greasy. The beds were, one hard one lumpy. The bedsheet was stained. The air conditioner heater did not work. The front office smelled of curry and garlic. You lied to me. This was not a three star hotel. I will not use Expedia again.

This was a nonsmoking room yet there were cigarette burns on the sheets and bedspread. Front desk staff was unfriendly. Electrical plugs were in bad shape. Grates on air units were broken and unsightly on many rooms noted from the outside. Not very inviting.

There was no paperwork to sign either during check-in or check-out. The parking lot had a lot of debris including metal objects that could punture a tire. After I got in the room the room clerk knocked on my door and asked me if I had checked in. He was the one who gave me my key just a few minutes before. There were two beds in my room. The sheets had not been changed on one of them. There was short, dark hair and food crumbs in that bed. The second night my room was invaded by roaches. I killed 10 and had trouble sleeping because of them. I never got a receipt to make sure my charges were correct.

Don't pay in advance!
Hotel was overbooked due to a supposed computer glitch. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available and to try the hotel next door. We had already paid for our room so paying for another room wasnt an option. We were left hanginh since we would have to wait days for a refund. Horrible glitch in our trip.

Prefer a room that’s been cleaned.
I reserved my room several weeks in advance w/ notation that I will need a microwave and fridge, as usual, but there was no fridge. I went to tell the manager I need a fridge and he said all the rooms were taken and they were no more with a fridge in it. OK… Then I discovered a wet, used washcloth wadded up in the tub, indicating that the tub did not get cleaned after the previous tenant. None of the cups had wrappers on them, indicating they had been used, the coffee pot had not been rinsed & there was a soggy used pod in the basket. Honestly, I can’t even trust that the sheets were changed, even though the bed was made, given the fact nothing else got done after someone else had the room. When I told the morning desk person all of this, she would not listen, just kept interrupting me, & I was being very nice about it, told her I just thought she needed to know so that she could tell her cleaning staff that people notice when they don’t do the cleaning. Very disappointed, especially since last month when I rented a room at this same motel, everything was fine.

Place was disgusting. Bed was hard. Holes in the wall. Live wires were exposed. Outlet covers were gone. Everything was dirty. Cockroaches were crawling on the bathroom wall. Floor, shower, bed, everything was just nasty. We didn’t stay, we walked in and walked right back out.

Poor customer service
The no-smoking room had definitely been smoked in. It should have been aired out and febreezed to reduce impact. The towels were not consistently changed out. We got one small container of shampoo for the 3day stay. We ran out of toilet paper due to lack of adding back up rolls. My driver's license was not returned with my credit card and no one at the front desk was courteous enough to notify me during a 3-day stay that they still had possession of it. Fortunately I realized it and only had to drive back 36 miles to retrieve it.

Big mistake
The room was dirty and run down. Carpet was stickey, shower was terrible, couch was stained and the bed sheets had cigarette burns. We started to leave but it was very late when we arrived. We were in town for a Jeep event. Big mistake booking the place.

Paint peeling on walls, ratty looking office chair, old faded pictures, needs updated. Outside needs updated, repairs and maintained. Would not recommend anyone stay there.

When you walk into the lobby, there is an odor! Inside the rooms, there are roaches crawling on the window, the bathrooms are not clean, the toilet doesn’t flush. I checked right out and had to drive 45 minutes away to find another hotel. Avoid this place.

Y'all Nasty! NO SOAP!!!
the ONLY soap in the room had already been used and was left on the side of the tub. It is fine if you're exhausted and need to stop but you won't get to wash ANYTHING while you're here!
