My husband, 3 year old, 2 year old & I had a long, full day of travel. We got in later than expected & were all ready to get some rest. When we got there at 1am their system was down so couldn't check in until 3am! Because of the location there were no other options for a different hotel. The room & hotel itself needs a lot of tlc. Needless to say it was not a good experience & will never stay there again!

The restaurant and coffee shop staff were so nice! The room was better than expected and clean. Bedding was comfortable. The Resort fee seemed absurd, just add that in the price since the amenities are not that great. Still very smoky and dusty, we we had a nice time for one quick night.

Terrible! Bumped to Primm Hotel, no food at all at hotel, restrooms out of order and flooded bathtub very dirty all areas of hotel in desperate need of cleaning.

TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!😤😤 We arrived 2 hours before our check in at 3:00pm. They told us our room was not ready. We then arrived at 3:00 and they still told us the same thing. They told us we would be moved to the hotel across from them called “Primm Valley” since they over booked rooms even though we had booked 3 months before!! They also told us the pool they had at that hotel was open but when we went to the other hotel the pool said “closed for the season”! The attendant lied to us saying that the pool was open when it in fact was not. Also, the room they gave us was located at the far end of the hotel. It was very sketchy since the hall was super dark and the area looked abandoned. The room was terrible and we were not going to allow them to place and relocate us at a room that we do not feel safe! 😡😡 After, we walked back to Buffalo Bills with our luggage and talked again to the attendant. They told us there was nothing they could do so I had to request a manager and that’s when the manager said that they had “just received an opening for a room”. Once we arrived to our room we noticed there was a lot of stains in the carpet, curtains, and bathroom. There was dry blood stains and other stains that were questionable. The shower had hair from other people and there was dried poop as well! 😡😡 Also, most of the things are closed or out of order. Overall, the experience was horrendous! Never coming here again save your money and go somewhere else!!!

No refrigerator no do not disturb signs, no soda vending machine on the top floor. Restaurants expensive and subpar, nothing else in the area, gas station prices too expensive. They said my reservation was cancelled when it wasn’t.

There are many things to do within the hotel. Restaurants, a mall outlet, some fast food options and the golf course are good options that are nearby. The only thing is that if you want to go to the main strip, this hotel is an 35 mins away driving.

If I could leave negative stars I would. You make a booking for their new hotel (on Expedia!) and once you arrive to check in the person says they have no space left, only rooms are at their old hotel across the street. The hotel and rooms look like something out of a horror movie, no staff working there, not a signal soul in the casino. Get into our room , there is only one towel , the room is dirty and dusty. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The property was broken and service was bad. Large property, no valet, no bell service. Room dirty, found a huge fake eyelash on the bathroom floor. Water pressure low, air conditioner was lukewarm. No fridge in room. Roller coaster not in service, water log ride out of service. Floor in casino sticky from spillage. The casino machines needed to be wiped down. Doors had smudge prints. Grounds overgrown and grass not cut. Staff unfriendly and heard complaining about one thing or another. Pool closed, chained, and locked. Super disappointed. I'm never disappointed. Took our grand kids to have fun. No fun there. Did I mention that I was super disappointed

Location was centralized for my work. We were there on the weekdays so most restaurant, shops and pool are not open. The outlet near by has only a couple shops open, not worth going. The staff was friendly, only one cocktail waitress making rounds so it was a long wait. Room was clean. Not a bad location for what I needed. Heard the weekend is happening, maybe I'll stay for the weekend next time.

Dirty, shower didn’t work, heater was on full blast like a sauna, and the wrong directions were given so we had to walk around with our luggage for a long time. The front desk staff at Buffalo Bills were nice and they sent us to Whiskey Pete’s, who also had nice staff. But were confused and not helpful at all. The hotel is so dirty, everywhere. Trash in hallways, the room wasn’t clean at all.

The property doesn’t have much going on there anymore. Unless there is a concert happening, there isn’t much to do but some gambling. Didn’t have any machines I like and not much going on at the tables. No poker room.

I booked the buffalo bills and paid for it. Once I arrive, they told me it's sold out and asked me to go to whisky Pete. I was using their elevator, after I checked in. The elevator malfunction when I was in it. Eventually it worked, after 10 minutes, after I pressed the open button repeatedly. I was there 2 days prior, they also had elevator broken at buffalo bills.
