o Bedroom #1 (Master Bedroom): Queen Bed

o Bedroom # 3: Two Twin beds (perfect for the kids!)
- Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom ensure convenience for all guests.

3. Dog-Friendly:
- We know that furry family members deserve a vacation too! Bring your dogs along to enjoy the beach life. (Large crate provided at request for no extra cost!)

- Parking: 2 Car Limit
- Pet Fee: $100 Nonrefundable (2 pet limit); Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.
- Air Conditioning: Thermostat temperature locked at 72 degrees to ensure unit is not being overloaded.
