In closed condominium. Farm with a view of the Jaguari dam in all environments, in the middle of the Atlantic forest, on a plot of 6500 m2. Main house with 400 m2 being balcony, 3 suites (the master with 80m2), 4 rooms, kitchen, service area. Guest house with 3 suites + bathroom with shower. Leisure area with more 430 m2, lounge with barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven, kitchen and toilet attachments, swimming pool, shower, deck, sports court (with tennis court), garden and views of the dam. Privacy and comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all rooms and rooms. With homemade.

Passei dias incríveis com a minha família! Todos nós aproveitamos demais: tantos os mais novos(faixa de 30 anos), quanto os mais velhos(meus avós). O terreno, localizado numa área privilegiada dentro do condominio, tem uma vista espetacular da represa. De todas os Espaços, - piscina, churrasqueira, casa principal e casa de Hospedes tem-se a visão daquela vista incrível. No mais, casa toda equipada, churrasqueira e forno de pizza bons, muitos quartos, e os banheiros todos de boa qualidade. Sem falar na sauna, piscina e quadra. As duas vezes que fomos foi excelente!

REVEILLON Fantástico! Vista linda, a comemoração com fogos de artifício é por todo o condomínio, um espetáculo! A casa é ótima, espaçosa e completa. Tem tudo que precisa para passar dias agradáveis. Acomoda muito bem todos. Camas e banheiros ótimos. Varias salas com TVs, sala de estar com lareira e mesa de jantar todas com vista para a represa e uma varanda agradável e privativa. Lazer perfeito para adultos e crianças! Fantástico.
