Needs improvement

The house was nice but it didn't match the description. We choose this property because of the amenities since we were traveling with small children and unfortunately it didn't provide most of them. It had no rental van as stated. Biggest downfall for me was the AC in one of the rooms ( my room ) didn't work until almost the 5th day of our stay and the room was so hot. The washer dryer was not available to us on the 4th day as stated. After days of asking I was able to put a load in to wash a day before we left to wash our dirty beach clothes. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived and I had to ask for them to turn on the filter daily. Not enough towels ( they gave us 2 per room) total of 8 and there were 12 of us. They eventually gave me 4 more but they never gave us clean replaced towels ( we used the same towels all week).

Beds where very uncomfortable, way to many bugs inside the house , it was very unfortunate that we ran out of water and had to wait until the next day to shower, the only goo thing Luis always cleaned and was on top of everything

Great Place to Stay in Ixtapa

The house was in a great location for us as we are golfers. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was dated but very functional and well equipped. The pool was clean and warm and the yard was well maintained. Francisco and Isabella attended to our every need. They are great people. The house is about a 15 minute walk from the beach and a $6.00 taxi ride to Zihuatanejo for groceries. The internet worked well. All in all there was no major problems during our stay. We are definitely considering renting the house again in 2021.

Great patio, great size. Not a great kitchen.

The backyard is beautiful and great for a BBQ. There is a lot of space, 4 rooms all with two beds, AC and their own bathroom. There were a couple issues. There was constantly a maintenance man around (even though we didn’t request any cleaning service). He would come in and out

En general muy bueno.

Propiedad cómoda y cumple con la mayoría de lo ofrecido. El servicio por parte de los encargados muy bueno vale la pena contratar el servicio de cocina (excelente sazón). Puntos a mejorar: No tiene dispositivos de sonido (bocina, stereo, etc) Buscar la manera de evitar animalitos en alguna habitación Buscar la forma de tener en condiciones la alberca para todos los días de estancia. (el último día ya estaba muy sucia el agua)

clean quiet and comfortable

the property is exactly as the pictures indicate. It is an older house and does show the age, but is very comfortable and everything works well. The pool is great and the neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Hot water takes awhile and is not real hot, but in this climate you don't miss it. The real gem of the place are Francisco and Isobel who live in the front of the house and take care of the place and take care of you. they keep your room, the house and pool and outside area very clean and tidy. They are friendly and a good source of information. Their English is limited, but we used a translation app that made life easy. There were 6 of us that stayed for 3 weeks and the layout with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom was great. The fact that the property backed on to the golf course allowed a refreshing breeze under the palapa. With many fans throughout the house and air conditioning and a gorgeous pool hot days were very enjoyable. i would definitely recommend this property for any larger groups requiring 3 or 4 bedrooms.
