Great staff properly well-trained for service they provide to their customers. Healthy breakfast in the morning, me and my wife liked so much. But there is only little confusion about location and even local taxi drivers, hardly to find it. Overall it’s great, nice and neat.

Disappointingly, this is just one lame hotel property in Istanbul. I did chose this hotel especially selecting the free parking option in Expedia, I was totally conned to see that they don't have it. The hotel is situated in a steep, the car parking is impossible. The location is terrible. The breakfast is a total makeshift, prepared by stuff bought in a mini market by the same guy who does the cleaning also. The entrance door was closed after we came back from a city walk and we waited almost for 10 minutes with other people until the receptionist guy showed up from somewhere. I'd never chose this hotel again.
