The property and the services exceeded my expectations. I was there for 8 nights and i had a great stay! Only minus is the area (lots of mechanic shops, and warehouses, etc.) There isn't much to do on foot. But with a car, you can get to everything you need to in less than 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is in a slightly industrial type area affording a good opportunity to see work and bustle in a non-tourist environment but still with many local restaurants to hand. Istanbul library is a short walk (we'll worth a visit for it's community spaces) and T4 metro/tram line station is also very close by. They serve a good breakfast and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Our stay was great. Loved the included breakfast. Friendly and polite staff. Would like reception staff to be more attentive to waiting customers. Also more items included in the rooms for example, shampoo and tissue.

3/5 for a 4 night stay with family.
I would rate this hotel 3/5. Our first impression was not so great. The first night we arrived we were placed in a room that wreaked of smoke. I had insisted on having a smoke free room as I had 2 kids with me. When I notified the front desk reception, the gentleman said he understood my concern but did nothing about it. He even lied and said it was a smoke free room. I informed him it’s not smoke free as it smells very bad and my kids are coughing from inhaling the smoke smell. He said he didn’t have any available rooms and to spend the night and they will give us something in the morning. He sent a humidifier into our rooms, which made the smell even worse. Since we had no other accommodations we needed up staying the night. In the morning, I reminded reception again and they ended up giving us a room by the afternoon. The new room they gave us clearly had no smoking signage everywhere (which means the last room wasn’t). The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Breakfast included was very nice as well, lots of options. The area the hotel was in was very dingy. Our view from our window was overlooking a dumpster. Lots of car repair shops in the area. It was quite far from the city Center, but on our second day we figured out where to use the metro and it wasn’t so bad. Lots of walking. If you’re there for business or a one night stay it’s fine- I don’t recommend for family who are there for sight seeing or vacation.

On Arrival I was greeted by the receptionist a gentleman named Koray & I must say he was extremely helpful he helped me with all of my questions and inquiries. Koray was very helpful, knowledgable & extremely resourceful. Koray assisted me with connecting to the Wi-Fi he explained the timings of all the facilities and there locations the restaurant the cigar the gym and the swimming pool. Koray was extremely professional and very good at his job so thank you Koray. At the cafe I met a lady called Damla, Damla had great knowledge about the city and it’s navigation and public transport just like Koray. Damla had exceptional customer service skills she was very professional, Very helpful & very friendly these 2 members of staff went above and beyond I can’t thank them enough they made my stay extremely please take so thank you Koray & Damla. Now about the hotel. The lobby is to die for it is huge clean & exceptional 10/10 There is a split off the restaurant is all the way at the end of the lobby it has great staff great food and drink selections there is a variety for everyone and it’s very good food 10/10 On the other end of the lobby is the cafe a lady called Damla was running the cafe during my stay and it was exceptionally clean , Everything was laid out perfectly and neatly the coffee and juices were subliminal 10/10 well done Damla you can be very proud !!! The sports facilities are brilliant there’s something for everyone 10/10 I will be back very soon!

The hotel service was 4/10 except the Manager Ekrem (if i remember the name correctly). He helped me to get a reliable taxi especially when I am a foreigner in the country but the hotel staff could have done a better job. There was no plug to charge my phone as my wall plug is from the States and wouldn’t fit in. Upon asking the hotel, they says they only sell it and cannot charge my phone. Later Ekrem, helped me to charge it to book taxi.

The room was so noisy, you can even sleep, there is a school next to hotel, which make it worst the glass window is not sound isolated, also you can smile cigarette smoke, my last advice if you decided to go with them avoid lower floors with school view

Great reason to stay out of the historic districts
Gym, pool, and sauna facilities are excellent. The gym in particular is deserving of high praise with lots of space and a massive variety of modern machines. Spacious rooms, only approx 30 TL taxi/Uber ride to Forum Istanbul mall. Airport shuttle service isn't cheap but it is well worth the reliability and convemience (comfortable Mercedes van, not shared). Hotel is less than 5 min away by foot to Tuna Caddesi, an avenue with many affordable amenities.

I love the Hotel it had spa swimming pool steam room so its quite good the Metro was not far you can walk it 15 min to get to metro. The thing I did not like is I asked them 3 times for iron board to be put in my room they took 3 days to get it and second at night I asked them for Scissors they said we cant give you scissors because they gave it for someone who had a weeding and in the hotel they only had 1 scissors and I told them when they finish from using the scissors to bring up to my room and they did not so in the morning I went and asked for it again and they still did not get the scissors from the people who was using it.

No menu at the room also no list of service number so you need to figure out, i have took a room with a side view on a busy street so be prepared to wake up early morning coz of noise of the traffic, also the window can not be closed properly so my advice avoid room no 6108, one last thing that the cleaner they always came after 2 pm which a bit annoying

We stayed at this property and everything was going well till we were leaving , the bellboy did not place our camerabag in our vehicle and it was left behind . We called them on our way to the airport because we didnt have time to go back they sent with a cab which they made us pay and found that someone had stolen our very expensive earbuds from the bag! We are still fighting with them now about this and they are not being cooperative.

Shower is bad, sink keeps switching hot n cold back n forth it doesn’t stay on the same temperature even if u don’t touch it. On breakfast the water and juices machine is so terrible I kept waiting in line for a single cup of water for 5 minutes because the machine is slowly poring into the glass, and I told the staff to fix it but they just ignored me same with the shower and sink they completely ignored me. This hotel is so bad I will never think about getting back to it!
