It’s overall a good experience. Staff is polite and cordial. Breakfast is simple and the instructions for airport transfer could be a little clearer. (Specify exactly around which gate, or heading toward tourists transportation (forgot the exact word, but if the hotel could match that exact word, it would have saved us a lot of time. )

It was clean, but the shuttle really didn't worked properly. They forced me to take the shuttle 2 hours before the time I needed a transfer.

It was not a safe area, especially for tourists. Hotel staff did not speak English, and I was charged in Turkish Liras because of some malfunction which resulted in a big conversion fee.

Great location close to the airport, kind, friendly and professional staff. We loved easy checking process and good communication with the reception. Hotel is impeccably clean with tasteful decoration and well- maintained area at all time. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and presentable. We highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Our stay there was quite pleasant. The staff was very polite and helpful. There are quite a few dining options in the area and there’s a mall that is a nine minute walk from the property called Avlu 34. The neighborhood itself is quite charming with many locals and local shops to browse around in. Thank you for a nice overnight stay in Turkey.

Dislike: spotty WiFi, sandwich to go bit stale similar to what you get at gas station back home. Like: free shuttle, some food available, well stocked (comb, razer, shaving cream, slippers, etc), my room 408 was quiet, sandwich and drink to go at 5:30 am, price was good. Different: shuttle is not theirs - it’s contracted out so may share with other hotels guests. No restaurant on site but tables at lobby with menu and food being brought in once ordered. It’s fine but different than North America. Other hotels in area appear to do the same. Price may or may not include shuttle. Booking through Expedia has shuttle. Booking directly has shuttle for a fee. At one point direct booking was $50 while Expedia was 100. As time went by, direct booking prices increased to Expedia prices.

Great hotel relatively close to the airport. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and made this hotel a great option for a quick one night stop in Istanbul. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for the airport but not much else (ex. it took about an hour by taxi to go into the central area of Istanbul to grab supper). Great value for the price.

Timely free shuttle to the hotel after 10 hours in the air is exactly what makes it perfect. Clean room, friendly staff, 15 minutes from the airport. The room is a bit noisy, otherwise a good option between flights.

The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had an overnight layover in Istanbul so the airport shuttle service was really convenient. We were upgraded to a bigger room. Would stay here again if we have another layover in Istanbul.

I picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle, which was smooth, easy, and organized. There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel room. Room and bathroom are big and coftable. It was a great hotel with helpful staff.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind. There really aren't options close to the airport, but this worked well for us. We were especially grateful for a room that could accommodate four people. Also the evening clerk was very helpful in arranging for a taxi back to the airport at 5:00 for an early flight. Thank you!
