Beautiful place, lots of room, central location
A gorgeous house, with all the amenities you could want and plenty of room for our crew of 24! The weather outside was chilly, but we found plenty to keep us busy. Everybody loved it - we hope to be back again!

We spoiled ourselves!
Although extremely expensive for our group of 12; we definitely got and totally enjoyed what we paid for. We had great weather; we brought two fishing boats which were convenient to put in/take out at the nearby campground. Convenient hookup to the property's new dock with protection from the big lake. We brought floaties and enjoyed floating by the property's 2 dock areas; water was very clean. The outside grounds: grilling area, patio areas, and lawn were fabulous and so well taken care of. Inside is huge and clean. Enjoyed the sauna, the game room, and the kitchen; loved all the refrigerators! As advertised, lots of bedrooms/sleeping areas. - everything was top notch!! Easy check-in. Communication with owner via email was prompt. The cleaning lady was there by the 10am checkout time so you better not doddle! :) If you can swing it, I highly recommend a stay at the Musky Lodge. Thank you!!!

Labor Day Stay
We loved our time at the Musky Lodge. The space was perfect for our large group of 27! Mornings in the kitchen all hanging out that led to afternoons in the beautiful yard. We enjoyed yard games, swimming, boating, and evening fires. The bar area which we termed ‘Musky Lounge’ was another favorite for nights time games and laughs. It was a beautiful stay at a beautifu home. We hope to be back next year!

Family Reunion
Great for large groups! We had 20 people ranging from 8-84. We enjoyed the large outside space and the kitchen the most! Remember to bring your own body wash/shampoo/conditioner!

Lots of bedrooms and beds. GREAT deck and location right on the lake. House is nice albeit confusing layout. We were there for a executive retreat and had a great time.

Amazing Property
This property was perfect for a family reunion. Plenty of seating inside and outside for 20 people. Beautiful view and area to view nature outside. We loved the fire pit for s’mores and sitting out at night. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking and serving a large crowd. The huge island was perfect for a buffet line. There is a great shallow area for swimming and stairs that go down to the lake. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. There was a great area on property for a family photo as well. We would rent again!!! We used Smokin’ Mortors to cater our large group and they were amazing. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Great venue for my family
My whole family of 11 siblings their spouses and my parents all enjoyed a long weekend here! The place worked great for sleeping everybody, feeding everybody, and keeping everyone entertained. It had a large kitchen and gathering space for us all to hang out and visit which was what we were looking for!

Fantastic. Best of the houses we have rented over the past 13 years.
There were 29 of us from 4 generations. Everyone enjoyed the Musky Lodge, grounds, shoreline and lake. It was a wonderful week with perfect weather too!

Extremely spacious and beautiful!
Originally, I booked 3 different cabins at a resort for our large family reunion. A few weeks later, I happened to find this property, cancelled my other reservations, and booked this instead. I am so happy that I did! This place was beautiful, SPACIOUS, and offered all the accommodations that we needed! 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and several refrigerators. Prior to coming there, I was a bit overwhelmed by where we would put all our food for the weekend but I'm so happy the cabin was accommodating. Upon posting photos of this beautiful cabin, we had over 20 inquiries from people asking about this listing! It's always challenging to find a cabin large enough to host big families. Everyone had a great time; from kids to adults. We caught many fish on Mille Lacs and made wonderful memories.

We found the property to fit our needs very well.
The house worked well for our large family, loved the expansive kitchen space and multiple bathrooms. We covered all ages and found things to entertain for all. I felt the cleaning could be improved but was adequate and we plan to re-book. A supply of firewood would be nice.

Big Time
Went with a group of ten guys and it was an incredible stay! The place is absolutely huge with a lot of space to spread out. Great spot for a boat access and a seperate area where you can wade into the water. Lots of appliances and fridges to keep your drinks and food cold and close. Will never forget this place!

Spacious home.
This home was so spacious everyone had space to hang out and enjoy. The cleaning could have been better. The night stand in the master bedroom was sticky. A few toilets were not clean under the seat. The light bulb in one bathroom was out, you could not close the private toilet room or you would be in the dark. There was no laundry soap and just about ran out of dish soap. They need to Leave more garbage bags. The grill was filthy. My husband said the smoker was discussing and should be thrown away. He soiled his shirt so bad cleaning the grill I had to throw it away. Plus no propane. When people spend this much money for a weekend (three night minimum) I would expect perfection. So higher class people may have walked out. If this place is going to be successful in the long run paying attention to those small details now is important to have repeat customers.

AMAZING PLACE.
We had a party of 32 people including adults, teens, and children. Everyone loved the open space, big kitchen, and the many bedroom the house provided. The kitchen was able to accommodate to us! We also loved the extra refrigerator!! The best spot was the living space, the backyard, and the overlook until the main floor.

Musky lodge rental.
Me and a group of friends stayed at Musky Lodge for a weekend ice fishing trip. The place is amazing and I will recommend to all of my friends to use the cabin while staying in the Lake Mille Lacs area!

We were very impressed with this property. This is a beautiful place on lake Mille Lacs that can accommodate a large party. We were here to ice fish, although, fishing was horrendous the cabin was definitely a highlight of the weekend. Amazing Property
My extended family had a great time at the Musky Lodge celebrating a late Christmas. The property had everything needed for cooking and lots of options for entertainment and games. The space was great and even with 33 people, we didn't feel cramped. We hope to plan to come back in 2021!

Amazing Cabin Getaway
We had such an amazing Christmas getaway ay Musky Lodge. The check in was super easy, the cabin spacious and clean. We had 15 people and everyone had their own space and we could all gather in one space to open gifts and have Christmas dinner. We had a small hiccup but Derek quickly came and solved everything. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous property!

Beautiful, spacious lodge!
We really enjoyed our stay. This place is huge, plenty of space for our large party, never felt overcrowded. Loved the huge dining room table so most of us could eat together. There was four refrigerators and two ovens in the house which was very convenient for our large party. The kids loved the house, said they wanted to stay forever! My biggest complaint was that the master bedroom was too cold at night. It was very nice for sleeping but too cold for our infant... although it was easy to ignore with the private walk in shower and sauna! Would highly recommend, we will definitely go back!

First Renters
Our group were the first renters for this property. Everything was beyond expectations, the place is beautiful and the owners are terrific. You have an amazing view of the lake and this place truly is the most prestigious rental property in MN.
