The hotel was near a walmart that was a plus. The bad noise, the fridge broke down on us with my new born and all of the breast milk went bad, the elevators were down, sheets were dirty, walls had food over them.

It was a nice stay. Only downside was we had a room right at the elevator, so you could hear people all night long and they could use more seating for breakfast along with an extra waffle maker.

Convenient location to the LIE. The staff was accommodating and quick to reply and drop off when extras were asked for the room. Was a little disappointed with the breakfast options and must have been a spill with the waffle maker because that area was a mess and then unavailable.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint was minor things like long hairs in the shower (prior) to my wife or I using it and there was a wadded up piece on paper on the floor when we got there.

The stay was okay. The first morning we got up for breakfast (myself and my kids) and the breakfast was well picked through and there was very little left, maybe a few slices of bread and dry cereal because the milk was out. There was also no place to sit to eat, it was super crowded. House keeping only does every other day, we had four in our room and only was provided two towels, two towels for three days! We asked the front desk for towels and they were out. We waited hours for towels so we could shower before going out. I was just not impressed overall with the experience here.
