Modern Stay
Very nice apartment. Newly remodeled in black. Automated human free check in was good.Good location literally 200-300 yards from the golden roof. Only negative is no A/C and in october we had to open windows and the street (alley) was very loud when people came out of the restaurant below. Other than that the place was great

Automated check-in, no contact person on site was as expected, but seemed a bit weird. Hallways were very dark and creepy. I was glad that I wasn't travelling alone, I would have been a bit scared through combination of no receptionist and creepy ambiance. However everything worked smoothly and we had a good stay.

Great 2 nights
Apartments in the centre of the old town. Close to the bustling heart of beautiful Innsbruck with shops, restaurants and attractions. A lovely too short 2 days spent here. Very nice and comfortable room. Excellent customer service, abet by email and phone as there is no reception staff. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and they were very helpful changing my dates and saving my holiday! Would defiantly stay again and recommended to friends and relatives.

Nice Modern room in central city
Location is perfect. Room is modern & new. Car parking big problem. You need to find garage in downtown. Check-in very easy through machine at any time. No AC/Ventilator in hot boiling summer. A lot of noise from sorrounding bars & shops if you open window. If owner add AC in room. It will be perfect place for short stay in central innsbruck

The best thing to say about it that it is across the street from old town and that the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, the entrance and hallways are black and very dark making you feel like you entered a dungeon.You check- in through a computer which is cumbersome and very anonymous. There was no A/C and you couldn’t leave the window open because of the street noise all night. There was plaster falling off the bathroom ceiling onto the shower and the sofa bed was hard as a brick. We had no ironing available. If you need anything, there is no one around to ask.

The location was terrific & the apartments were nice & modern. There could me a few more kitchen supplies. The check in was difficult & took several calls to the central booking for help. But they were prompt & we worked it out. The noise coming from the bar below & the parties on Friday & Saturday nights was troubling as we were traveling with 5 children. Would be OK for adults only.

nice site..
The site is what I like the most.. near to everything. The appartament was not bad even the room was small for us it doesn’t matter aside that there is no bidet or maybe A kind of shower connected for intimate wash. Aircon is not really necessary for its a bit fresh ambiance. The smell upon entering to check in was horrible I don’t know if it’s good odor for others not being racist but for us it’s not a good odor. No materials for mopping the floor since it’s unevitable not to wet when washing. At first it kept us afraid without reception but It’s a good experience, we will love to come back. Thank you so much

Non esiste la reception. Non si possono pagare in contanti e per pagare 6 euro ho ancora da capire come si fa. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, le padelle erano piene di polvere , sotto al letto ho trovato bottiglie e una pallina probabilmente delle persone che allogiavano prima. Il divano letto, per la terza persona era durissimo e con i cuscini mollissimi mi son svegliato con un bel mal di schiena. Manca un armadio chiuso ed un tavolo per mangiare comodi. Di positivo ho trovato la posizione , un minuto a piedi dalla vecchia cittá.

Inchecken via een terminal na een langer reis is niet echt prettig. Zelfs de medewerker die kwam assisteren had er moeite mee. Boekingsnummer klopte niet. Verwachting was dat we een aparte slaapkamer zouden krijgen zoals op de foto bij de boeking was afgebeeld. Bleek niet het geval te zijn.

Negativ: Oberhalb Bar, Check-in mit Automat am Eingang hat nicht funktioniert, Personal an der Hotline unfähig (erst weiterverbundener Techniker konnte uns die benötigte Buchungsnummer geben), Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig (staubig), kein Parkplatz. Positiv: Ausstattung neuwertig und im modernen Stil, jedoch findet dadurch den schwarzen Lichtschalter im schwarz gefließten Bad schwer.

+ Tolle Lage, Nähe zur Innenstadt . Moderne Ausstattung. Schneller problemliser Check In am Terminal. Sauberes Zimmer - Parken etwas schwierig da die maximale Parkzeit am Parkplatz gege über auf 90 min. begrenzt ist. Tagesticket für Hotelgäste wäre gut.

Mitten in der Altstadt,top!
Solange es draußen so kalt ist,dass bei geschlossenem Fenster geschlafen werden muss,ist es okay. Aber wehe wenn.... Fernsehen geht nicht so laut aufzudrehen,dass man etwas verstehen könnte. Check in...nur über dortigen PC. Habe schon von zu Hause aus eingecheckt, daß ist in den 48 Stunden wahrscheinlich nicht in Innsbruck angekommen. Also alles nochmal von vorne...sehr mühsam. Kein Personal zu sehen in 3 Tagen. Eine der Nachttischlampen war kaputt. Ein Polsterüberzug hat gefehlt. Und alles in allem war es nicht soooo sauber. (Glasränder im Bad,Flecken im Geschirrtuch)

En plein centre d'Iinnsbruck... Les chambres sont sympa et la cuisine très utile avec un frigo, lave vaisselle, etc.... Mais seulement pour une nuit.... Le problème avec la chambre 202 est l'armoire électrique... Elle fait beaucoup de bruit... résultat pour bien dormir couper le disjoncteur principal...
