The only criticism we had was a lack of porters who could handle luggage for a disabled or single individual. No porters along with disappearing carts that were difficult to find when needed. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay.

Ordinary -- awkward room layout -- small bathroom, very low sink, no where to put clothes and towels when showering, no robe or slippers. only one caffeinated coffee, yet room for 2. Would not return.

Looks great, but you are understaffed for such a large hotel & for what you charge. Valet takes forever & I tried to get food at the cafe and waited in line for 5 min with nobody there. I finally asked the hostess just standing there staring at me if someone works the cafe she said she stepped away she would be back. Waited another 3 min (while she stood there) and we walked away (as did another man standing behind me waiting) & I went to Mcdonalds:( The whole reason I picked your hotel was to have options for food & not to stop in the bad area of town on the way to our tournament, which we had to end up doing & that is a whole other story. Location is good, but if I can't use the amentities, why bother.

Check in went fine. I got to my room and the bathroom had not been cleaned. I carried everything back down to the front desk. They apologized and gave me free parking and another room. Got to the 2nd room and the air conditioner wasnt working. I left the room for a meeting and was told maintenance would fix it. I came back 2.5 hours later and nothing had changed. I went back down and asked forsome type of compensation. Since I booked through Expedia they said they could only give me a free breakfast and maintenance would be back up. An hour later maintenance came and said they fixed it but temperature hasnt changed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The only thing that hindered my experience was that there was no microwave in the room. Everything was amazing otherwise.

The sheets had stains and were completely dirty when we got there. I asked for new and never got new/cleaned sheets. Other than that everything else was nice. The staff were nice. You had lots of dining and shopping options which was a plus. Just disappointed in not having a very clean room

My experience was not the best the mattress had stains the room had an odor this was bought to the attention of the staff and they said due to me booking through third party there was nothing much they could do I believe the odor came from the mold in the room behind the sofa bed or the carpet just has not been treated and cleaned in that area but I just compromised because it’s water weekend and I wanted to enjoy my stay as much as possible but I had to call for room service twice on 3/30/2024 once at before 11 am and I left the room for 4 hours and returned the room service had still not been completed so I had to call the front desk again spoke with Markeita which’s whom I spoke with the first time and she said she would put in an additional request. So by the time room service arrived which was an hour after the second call at about 4 pm room service staff only bought clean linens and made the bed while me and my date were in the room sitting on the sofa as we waited in room service I did not want to complain to much and ruin out stay but this experience was not the greatest the room had a foul odor I used my body spray to pretty much cover the odor they need to throughly clean the rooms and sanitize carpet and get rid of mold and dirty mattresses.
