Maison typique de village

Maison agréable à vivre, bien équipée avec salle de jeux baby foot et ping pong avec une belle cheminée. Convient aux personnes ayant le même rythme de vie l'isolation entre chaque étage faite uniquement du plancher en bois la rend très bruyante et pouvant gêner le repos de chacun. On ne peut pas avoir une maison avec le charme de l'ancien et une isolation contemporaine !! Merci pour votre accueil dans ce beau village avec calme assuré.

plancher a changer....

l'isolation au niveau sonore des étages est inacceptable....personne n'a pu passer une nuit correct a cause des planchers plus que vétuste (pourtant nous avant tous de vieux plancher chez nous...); la pièce de vie est très sombre et très petite, surtout la cuisine, inadaptée pour 8 personnes....sinon le jardinet est agréable ainsi que le joli village et une belle exposition sud !

Il a fait très beau, heureusement.hormis une cuisine bien équipée(pour 2, frigo pour 8??),logement très sombre malgré le soleil, très humide au rdc condamnant l'utilisation d'un des 2 lits acceptables.le "jardin"difficile à utiliser(2 étages à monter, sortir, traverser la ruelle, monter qq marches ..).Mais nous avons bien profité de la région!Annonce à formuler avec plus d'objectivité et de précisions.

Gite agréable dans un très joli village

Le gite est au coeur d'un petit village à flanc de montagne. Nous avons pu profiter des sentiers de randonnées de part et d'autre du village et toutes les commodités à 15min (ne pas oublier de faire un tour à la boucherie de Tarascon qui est excellente!). La maison est sur 3 étages avec une belle pièce à vivre, tout le nécessaire, et une super salle de jeux au 3eme étage. Malgré la pluie, nous avons ainsi pu profiter pleinement de notre week end (2 familles avec enfants) avec suffisamment d'espace pour chacun. Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil trop léger parce que les étages sont sonores mais c'est un détail qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes nuits dans ce gite. La propriétaire et la personne référent sur place sont très disponibles et facilitantes. Merci beaucoup et au plaisir de revenir!

manque de précisions

1/ la maison est sur 3 étages, donc des escaliers. Non précisé. 2/ la propriétaire ne résidant pas sur place, c'est une personne bénévole qui gère à sa place, et si l'arrivée est tardive, malgré les explications téléphoniques, il est difficile de trouver la maison. A 19h, peu d'éclairage hors la petite rue traversant le village, d'où mon accident (3 marches en bas d'une pente, résultat double entorse, urgences à Foix et des vacances gâchées).
