S’argamassa villas are a great property, very clean, staff are great and very helpful and friendly. The bar area and restaurant they have is quiet and comfortable with decent breakfast options and nice cocktails in the evening. The surrounding area has some lovely beaches that are walkable, however not a huge amount of restaurants so we would drive out to eat or cook in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or BBQing which was a nice choice to have. Would recommend

S’argamassa Villas exceeded all of our expectations for our first visit to Ibiza! Mario was an excellent communicator prior to our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and very well appropriated for all our needs. The area around the Villas is quaint and enjoyable to walk around. The beach close to the property is beautiful! I really can’t say enough good things about S’argamassa Viilas and would recommend it to anyone I know travelling to the island!

Small but very good!
Really friendly staff! Very clear villa and top job of the cleaning ladies everyday! Only downside is to have the neighbors too close and were some complains of the music at night,….

The resort was amazing. A nice modern yet traditional villa park that is not too crowded and has everything you need in the villas. We even got a fruit bowl that was stacked and some coffee. I liked how I got a bottle of champagne for my 34th birthday wich was May 15th. I did not expect this and it was such a kind gesture! The staff was amazing and very very kind to our 2 young children. Always amazing to see people being good and kind with little kids. It is very clean and very nice and I loved how they had a small supermarket just across from the hotel. Here we could purchase small things such as coffee and floaties for the children. It was our first time in Ibiza and we had an INCREDIBLE stay at this resort. We loved the island and would highly recommend it. If there was only 1 thing we would change it would be the ability to lock the front door from being opened by our 1 year old son. Because there was a pool we could not leave him to roam outside without supervision. It would be great if the door could be locked from children going outside. Other than that everything was just perfect.

Fantastisch huis met meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen, klein zwembad maar groter dan gedacht, leuke veranda, prima ontbijtservice! Vriendelijk personeel, helemaal top! Opties voor avondeten zijn erg beperkt maar genoeg alternatieven op Ibiza. Helaas één dag hele dag flinke regenval en dan regent het zelfs naar binnen……😂

Helemaal top!
De villa was in goede staat, de bedden lagen goed en de service was ook goed. Het is fijn om de faciliteiten van een hotel te hebben, maar het comfort van een villa. Enige minpuntje was dat de ligbedden zeer verouderd waren en dus doorgezakt, deze lagen totaal niet comfortabel. Verder was het allemaal perfect. Enkel de locatie is niet handig als je op zoek bent naar een vakantie waarbij je ook graag wilt stappen e.d. Het is gemiddeld een half uur rijden naar de stad/strandjes. Wel is Nikki Beach op loopafstand en is er een mini supermarkt tegenover.

Echte aanrader! Heel mooi en netjes! Ruime slaapkamers en badkamers. Klein zwembad maar perfect om af te koelen. Leuk overdekt buitenterras. Wij gaan zeker terug!

Une superbe découverte !!!
Une merveille, de ravissantes petites villas dans un cadre ultra propre et très charmant. Un vrai coup de coeur. Les villas sont parfaitement pensées, décorées, équipées et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le service est TOP !!! La piscine individuelle un vrai luxe (même si fraiche pour la saison). Proche des très belles plages d'Ibiza. Bref nous y retournerons.

Sfeervolle villa op 1 minuut lopen van het strand.
Villa met karakter en zeer riant eigen zwembad. Alle 3 slaapkamers inclusief eigen douche en toilet. Keuken voorzien van alle gemakken en master bedroom een groot rond bed (wat overigens heerlijk ligt). Dagelijks wordt het huis door een zeer efficiente schoonmaak ploeg keurig schoongemaakt, de bedden opgemaakt en de handdoeken op alle badkamers verschoond. Zaten zelf in villa "Formentera (nr 10). Weliswaar gelegen aan de wegkant en naast het restaurant, maar daar nagenoeg niets van gemerkt. Deze villa het wel voor zover wij konden zien de mooiste en ruimste tuin en de zon staat nagenoeg de gehele dag op het zwembad, waardoor dit lekker opwarmt. Manager Mario doet zijn uiterste best voor zijn gasten en dat zie je in alles terug. Op laatste dag mochten wij zonder kosten na check out nog 4 uur langer in de villa blijven om te wachten op onze terugvlucht. Kijk dat is nog eens service! Op loopafstand van trendy Nikki Beach Club. Daar eten kost genoeg, maar was een onvergetelijke ervaring met hele gezin.
