First time staying in the area and had expected it to be loud and busy. The Ibiza Twins exceeded my expectations. The place is impeccable, fantastic service, great location and near all. One has access to a gym with tennis courts and hammam even. Everything was perfect ! Gracias por una linda estancia!!!

Great Hotel !!
Amazing room sea view premium room with jacuzzi bath only fault was the hot breakfast was mostly cold which put us off eating in there. Pool side good was great value and really nice. Upper level nice and relaxing with not too many people so made it even more perfect and relaxing, overall a fantastic stay and we would come back here again

Great for a solo stay
I had a really nice 3-day solo stay at the hotel. I can't really fault it other than there was a storm on my first night there and a lot of water came in through the closed window which leaked onto the furniture and power sockets. I guess Ibiza and it's buildings are not built for such weather. Other than that, the single room that I had was really spacious and comfy and the food was basic but good. It was easy to get a sunlounger and drinks during the day. The evening entertainment was a bit odd but made for a good atmosphere. The hotel is quite modern and spacious so didn't feel cramped at all. It was in a really good location by the sea and for walking into Ibiza Town. I would definitely come back as a solo or with my partner/friends.

It's a nice property but a little bit off way from walkable spots. Be careful if you get a room facing the pool, you will not be able to sleep. The noise never stops and at times it gets so loud you can't even hear the TV in the room.

Pros: Really friendly staff, clean and bright hotel. Gorgeous view from Premium room. Good hotel entertainment at night. Great location and great vibe in hotel. Good for families, couples, singles. Cons: Room service is not 24 hour. Food isn’t available after 10/11pm. Gym off site but close by. Good range of gym equipment but the cardio equipment could do with being upgraded. No air con in gym. Gym is not open until 9am during the week/11am on Sundays. Should be 24 hours. Virtually no vegan/vegetarian options on the menus. Spas treatments only off site in gym. Overall this hotel is wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Amazing experience overall. Paco at the front desk was great. The control manager was so friendly holding our luggage. The rooms with the access to the second level terrace with the separate pool are totally worth it. Great location too. Pretty central in playa den bossa.

I couldn’t invite my friends who were staying at next door hotel for drinks at my room or the restaurant, this was the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard or seen and the technition was arguing with me in front of my guest who just felt extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable and just wanted to leave, my door key was constantly no working. Overall they ruined my vacation

Great stay with a huge pool and good food. The staff was accommodating and friendly. My only criticism would be that it can get loud when you’re trying to sleep at night because the walls are pretty thin. Otherwise a good experience.

I enjoyed the facilities and professionalism of the staff. I did find the food missing flavour, it was almost like it was prepared by someone that didn’t see the need to taste. This for me was disappointing bcs food had been the highlight of most places I stayed or ate in. But having said that, I would stay at the hotel again but not pay for all inclusive next time.

Do not stay!! Rude liars. Old dirty hotel
Avoid this hotel at all costs. First off, it is very outdated with slow/barely working elevators. They were scary to take with loud noises and out of service half the time we were there. The room had a horrible stench when we arrived and lasted throughout our stay. To make this bad stay even worse, the hotel did not honor the agreement that was quite literally given to me by reception at check-in (see posted picture). As an Expedia/hotels.com VIP member I was given late check out which was said upon checking in that we wanted. We had a late flight and also long night out at the night before so we needed a bit of sleep. A cleaner came into our room immediately at the normal check out time and wakes us up. I tell her we have late check out. Then Daniel from the front desk calls to wake us up again. I inform him we have late checkout. He says “no you don’t” so I get up and take the paper they gave to me with that exact information on it to the front desk. They then claim this is “only if they have availability” which it says nothing about on the paper. We get in a big argument and eventually they give me an incredibly short amount of time (not a late check out) to pack our stuff and leave. They did not honor the agreement whatsoever and were incredibly rude about the situation. Daniel, Claudio, and Paco at the front desk were all especially rude. These people don’t know what customer service means. They also made me pay for any water even though I spent over $500 a night

Flew here for the first time from the US, Great location right in between Ibiza town and Ushuaia/Hi Ibiza. Facility is very clean, pools are great, breakfast is free and extensive, and prices are very reasonable at the Hotel bar. You have beach access right outside the hotel (although they were in awful condition at the time of our stay) and there’s a Taxi line right out front making quick transportation easy. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is very modern,good location excelent staff,the breakfast is till noon 12pm which is excellent, only minus are the pool is a little dirty,the water is not crystal clear, also the taxi waiting time is very long,had to wait 30 minutes,because a taxi is not called to your name
