Everything was fine, but the parties on the street are loud right into the night. The place is not in the most party area, but even a couple of small bars across the street have some loud crowds at times. Not the worst that you can find in Ibiza noise-wise for sure. The noise subsides into 1-2 am. Bearable for families (could be worse, could be better) and no problem for partiers to stay here. Everything else is fine.

we asked for a non-smoking room with sea views. it was not so, the room had views of the pool, which was in terrible condition, dirty with green water. the room had a strong smell of tobacco mixed with paint. when they tried to change our rooms, they didn't know which ones were busy and which weren't.

Basic hotel
Hotel is a bit outdated and tired. Beds was comfortable enough. Had some unpleasant visitors (cockroaches). Not many but can easily be taken care off. Sliding doors not always working properly, could do with double glazing to keep the noise out. Hotel opposite very noisy bar. Good for people who like to party until early hours of the morning. Good size pool and clean. Had some loose tiles at the bottom. At least my son enjoyed diving them out. Pool area was quiet, no fighting for chairs. Staff excellent and very helpful. Rooms was cleaned every second day and fresh towels provided. Hotel near to good restaurants and supermarket. Within walking distance from bus stop and very affordable for travelling around the island. Stony beach near hotel. Not good for swimming but another sandy beach within 15 minute walk. Overall basic hotel for price paid.

Does the job but nothing spectacular
The property is in a lively area in San Antonio, although parking is advertised, there are only few spaces in the car park and they were never free so be prepared to park on the road. Bed and sofas are uncomfortable but we stayed just one week so we managed. The kitchen is very basic and the bathroom is clean and works well. Balcony is definitely a plus. Swimming pool is open 9am-9pm. The cleaning was done every 2/3 days, we were advised linen would be changed but we never experienced this :( at the end of the day.. you are there to experience the island not the apartment however if you are looking for something basic this property could work well if the price is competitive!

Cheap and cheerful.
Patio doors don't lock which was a huge safety and security issue, given that a safe comes as a premium. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable - although sofa bed was comfortable.

Decent for what you pay. Pool is not as nice as pictured and there were some shady characters staying there. We watched a severely inebriated guy almost fall out of his balcony as he dry heaved over the railing. Room was clean and a/c in the living room was cold but the bedroom did not have a/c so we slept on the couch instead. Across the street from a good variety of bars and restaurants.

Much better than I was expecting
Only stayed here for one night but really liked it. Nice big, clean apartment in good condition. Pool area was excellent. Centrally located in San Antonio Bay. Would definitely return.

Really disappointing
Arrived and the computers were not working for check in. They tried to make us pay although we had paid online. Got into the room and 3 out of the 4 towels in there were dirty. We immediately went downstairs to ask for some more. They told us that they couldnt give any more out, so we had to go buy some. The room was not cleaned once in the 5 days we stayed. The bathroom smelt. The bath had burn marks on. The glasses and mugs were filthy.

Buen aparta-hotel a buen precio
el hotel me gusto, nos quedamos en el primer piso no hay elebador , muy limpio un poco viejo la habitacion pero buen precio, Antonio que es el manager muy pendiente de que todo este bien, yo llegue con mi familia y si vale pena quedarse alli. Esta cerca de la playa y de la zona de bares tienes un supermercado a menos de una cuadra y puedes cocinar en la habitacion si no quieres salir del hotel , la picina fuciona perfectamente , y tienes una parrillera o BBQ tienes una lavanderia alli mismo si quieres lavar ropa.

A happy stay!
A good sized apartment perfect for up to 4 people. Fairly basic but everything works well and my friend and I passed 3 nights here. We were very happy with this choice and would stay again. The kitchenette was very useful and a good sized balcony too. As it is end of season/Covid, not all the bars were open so it was quieter at night but I can imagine it could be a little noisy at times otherwise. To note: No plug in the bath and just a shampoo/shower gel as toiletries. We didn´t have any matches for the stove but the friendly owner gave us a packet. In case the 4(?) parking spots in front of the hotel are already taken, there is parking around the area for free and you just need to walk a few minutes.

El dueño, Antonio fue muy agradable y amable con nosotras. La ubicacion perfecta! El apartamento en general aceptable, es espacioso por lo que cabe bien hasta 4 adultos. Necesita un buen lavado de cara, todo está bastante viejo y deteriorado. Buena relacion calidad/precio.

Lo sconsiglio vivamente Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana in questo residence e moltissime cose non vanno : dal Wi-Fi sempre disconnesso alla televisione senza canali . Personale non presente , salutano a malapena . In cucina ci sono solo due fornelli, noi abbiamo preso la tripla e mi sembra molto poco . La casa è molto vecchia , quando si apre l’acqua del lavandino fa un rumore assurdo e fastidioso . Parliamo dei materassi ? Il letto matrimoniale non è possibile averlo , anche dopo una mia richiesta via mail di circa un mese prima . I materassi sono orribili , vecchi anche loro; ti sdrai e senti le molle fino alla schiena: ti svegli che sei più stanca di prima . Ah le finestre : aperte o chiuse è lo stesso , non attutiscono minimamente il rumore e si fa fatica sia ad aprirle che a chiuderle . La cassaforte che si apre con una chiave ( non presente ). Coltelli che non tagliano .

Buenos días, este cliente hace algunas afirmaciones que deseo comentar. La primera seria que efectivamente no se puede tener cama doble pidiéndola un mes o un año por adelantado. No tenemos camas dobles y esta perfectamente especificado que son camas individuales. Simplemente en un establecimiento pequeño y tener camas dobles nos resultaría un problema y como la mayoría de establecimientos las camas son individuales para abarcar todos los públicos. En recepción estamos las 24 horas y saludamos a los clientes amablemente. Efectivamente en la cocina solo hay 2 fuegos, el wifi funciona bastante bien, aunque puede que haya habido algún día que no funcionase. Los canales de la tele si este cliente no supo conectarlos habría sido interesante que lo hubiera comunicado y así se habría solucionado el problema, muchas veces me sorprende que cuando hay un problema no lo comenten en recepción y prefieran quejarse posteriormente en vez de buscar soluciones a un problema..... Los demás comentarios de este cliente son apreciaciones propias, otros clientes pueden tener percepciones completamente contrapuestas y también tienen razón.

Struttura vecchia mal curata e mal tenuta. Pulizia giornaliera ma esefuita malissimo. Bagno orribile mobili vecchi e rovinarissimi e zona cucina orribile. Le foto che appaiono sul sito risalgino a 50 anni fa. Non darei più di 1 stella altro che 3 stelle. Il personale é cortese , gentile e disponibile.

Già appena arrivati, niente ascensore, la serratura della porta non chiudeva e si apriva male , bagno veramente datato con ruggine nella vasca e bidè rotto, aria condizionata solo nella sala-cucina , comunque a parer mio appartamento pessimo!!

Pensábamos que íbamos a tener parking y no. Tampoco teníamos accesorios de baño como se especifica y al pedirlos tampoco se preocuparon de darnloslo. Se escucha mucho el ruido en las habitaciones (y era marzo y no había fiesta). No hay ascensor. Los apartamentos son viejos aunque medianamente limpios.

Es war einfach und sauber, die küche war absolut ausreichend. Personal freundlich. Leider stimmte die angegebene Telefonnummer nicht, somit war das Hotel telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Das Einchecken sollte ab 12 Uhr möglich sein dem war am Anfang leider nicht so. Nach 10 Stunden Anreise wurde erst gesagt, das Zimmer könnte um 16:30 Uhr bezogen werden. Nach einer kleinen Diskusion wurde uns jedoch ein anderes Zimmer zum früheren Zeitpunkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Saisonbedingt hatten sich im Pool leider die Mosaiksteinchen gelöst was schon sehr unangenehm an den Füssen war. Auch das Abflussrohr vom Waschbecken war undicht und stellte das Bad doch des öfteren unter Wasser. Wer sich an der abendlichen Lautstärke der umliegenden Bar's nicht stört und für kleines Budget Urlaub machen möchte, der ist gut aufgehoben. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die nötigen Reparaturen vor beginn der nächsten Saison geleistet werden.

Bien situé, dans un secteur un peu plus tranquille que le centre-ville de San Antonio. Appartement tout équipé. Le gérant, M. Juan Antonio est super sympathique.
