"Room had lamp shade missing. Everyday after I left the room, I could not access my room. Door card has to be reactivated everyday when I returned from an outing. Apparently they do that for "your protection". I am not sure how deactivating key card protects me. No one can get into my room unless ..."

"The hotel suite was larger than I expected. The staff was professional and friendly. The noise from the residential families was a minor nuisance. The halls, elevator, bathroom and common areas where dirty. No hot water or tea bags at breakfast."
