Wat een fantastisch uitzicht rondom, van Callantsoog tot aan de veerpont naar Vlieland! En bij onbewolkte lucht een magnifieke sterrenhemel 's avonds! Een enkele helikopter en wat geluiden van het terras van de horeca beneden daargelaten, is het heerlijk stil op de kustvogels en de branding na. We misten alleen luie stoelen voor op het balkon en het servies is wat beperkt. In zo'n exclusief pand verwacht je toch wel champagneglazen, diepe borden en meer dan 2 schaaltjes. Wel fijn dat er cupjes aanwezig waren voor het koffieapparaat! In de omschrijving staat dat er een CD-speler en een DVD-speler zouden zijn, maar dat is niet het geval. Ook niet meer van deze tijd, natuurlijk. En er staat dat je zelf keukenlinnen moet meebrengen, maar dat lag er. Zonwering in de woonkamer ontbreekt bij de meeste ramen, bij zeer hoge temperaturen wel een dingetje. Goed matras op het bed. En hele pand zeer schoon. Al met al een dikke 8, hoor!

Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht

Eine Auszeit in diesem Wachturm ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Diese Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe und Ideenreichtum restauriert bzw. umgebaut worden! Die Küche und das Schlafzimmer mit Bad en Suite sind schon ein Hingucker. Von der Toilette aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht,soetwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Allerdings ist die Toilette/Bad mit keiner Tür vom Schlafzimmer abgetrennt. Nachdem man dann die Stufen zur letzten Etage geschafft hat, kwird man zuerst überrascht und dann überwältigt von einem spektakulären rundum Ausblick. Wir haben uns die meiste Zeit dort oben aufgehalten mit Blick aufs Meer. Hier kann man sowohl den Sonnenaufgang, sowie den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer beobachten….ganz in der Nähe des Leuchtturms…..

Kein schöner Aufenthalt

Gut waren:- der tolle Ausblick- die Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation inkl. unkompliziertem Check-In.Nicht gut waren:- die kalten, zugigen und nicht heizbaren Räume - klamme, feuchte Betten- Einrichtung mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren Nach langer Überlegung haben wir unseren Aufenthalt früher beendet. Ein gemütliches Sitzen im Wohnzimmer war leider nur mit Jacke, Mütze und Schal auf einer durchgesessenen Couch möglich. Insgesamt fanden wir den Preis für die Unterkunft definitiv zu hoch.Bei höheren Außentemperaturen sieht das Ganze vermutlich noch mal anders aus.

Excellent séjour dans un phare. Un panorama exceptionnel. Bon aménagement. Selon le descriptif du matériel que nous avions reçu, il manque le lecteur de dvd et il n'y avait pas de congélateur (un simple freezer incorporé au réfrigérateur).

Fantastic Lookout

We didn’t want to leave our perch on top of this old coast guard tower. The views were outstanding. We sometimes just spent time watching the sea birds endlessly fly by. The place is just excellent for relaxing and decompressing. Wonderful!

Sehr nette Vermieter und eine Perle auf dem Ferienhausmarkt. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis mit Sicht auf eine Sandbank mit Robben. Von den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen verzaubert durften wir eine schöne Woche im Küstenwachturm erleben.

Weihnachten im Turm

Wir waren 1 Woche im Turm und jeden Tag aufs Neue überwältigt von der tollen Rundumsicht. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich nordisch eingerichtet, die Heizung hat prima funktioniert. Handtücher, Küchentücher, Spül- und Putzmittel waren genügend vorhanden, sogar eine Grundausstattung Kaffeepads. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der offene Durchgang vom Schlafzimmer zum Bad/WC. Die große Küche ist etwas spartanisch bestückt, ein paar Schüsseln und ein Nudelsieb wären hilfreich gewesen. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Urlaub hier nur empfehlen!

Ondanks dat we vooraf hadden aangegeven door Corona issues de vakantie niet te kunnen uitvoeren, werd er niet gereageerd op onze mails en berichten en ook telefonisch was Belvilla onbereikbaar. We hebben uiteindelijk anderen van het verblijf gebruik laten maken omdat het geld anders volledig weggegooid was. Ook nu, ruim een week later, niets teruggehoord van Aan Zee. Slecht hoor!

We hebben een superweekend gehad. Relaxte inrichting, goed bed. Mooi weer, genoten van omgeving met de aanwezige fietsen. Van het uitzicht uit de toren krijg je nooit genoeg. Ook zijn we beide avonden getrakteerd op een prachtige zonsondergang
