Quiet Setting
The home was neat and clean and the location from Penn State was 25 minutes away, had a great weekend.

Great house, amazing hosts
My group had an amazing time at this house! The hosts left us a sweet note and some Stickies! Right away, we knew the stay was going to be great! The house had loads of activities and space for every one of us to enjoy! We would absolutely LOVE to stay here again for our next trip up!

Great but….
Good spot but… large cleaning fee and then the check out instructions are to…clean the whole house… so what’s the cleaning fee for?

Hi Gavin! Thanks very much for staying with us, and for taking the time to provide some feedback. I'm afraid there may have been a misunderstanding...our 3 step check-out instructions include; loading the dishwasher, putting the trash on the back porch, and putting the used towels in a hamper. We would certainly never expect our guests to clean the house. The $75 short stay cleaning fee helps to cover the expense of having a large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house professionally cleaned and sanitized for each guest. I apologize for any miscommunication about the check-out instructions. I'm happy to hear you liked the house and the location. Thanks again for staying with us!
