Pice was good Ladies working checkin desk were rude with a funky attitude They were never at the desk, always had to wait for them to come to front desk One lady was on a personal phone call and she didn’t acknowledge the customer she just kept arguing on the phone

The place literally has nothing, no tissue, no shower stuff, only toilet paper. But it’s cheap and serves the purpose of cheap stay. Some places smell bad and there’s some dirty stuff in the hallway that nobody cares to clean.

Overall the stay was good. Had to leave room white they replaced headboards. Normally not a problem but I was working nights and needed to be sleeping when they were working

Staff Supernice. I didnt like that they "close at 10pm" so i had yo be there before that time. My room stunk like sweaty guy, very unpleasent and found cofee grounds in toilet. Had the complimentary bar of soap but not the shampoo or conditioner. ( staying one night didnt want to go to store to buy) Found out later that there is a vending machine selling travelsized shampoo for $3.00( dammit boy) so with that much money i opted to buy a Ferrari instead, joking. Bed uncomfortable a cot or hammock woild of been more comfortable. Looking back i should have paid the 5 dollar difference and stayed at Motel 6.

i didn't like that the front people were charging $10.83 to change your towel and they don't clean the room after 14 days. I had to go buy towels and toilet 🚽 paper i felt bad because i rented a whole and couldn't cancel

Greetings, We do have a policy that cleaning service is every 14 days and between your stay we do have the option to change out linen for a small charge of 10.83. We are an extended stay hotel. We aren't like your regular hotels that provide service every 7 days. We would love to see you return in the future.

The kitchenettes should have silverware and dinnerware. Pots and pans at least. That’s the whole reason I stayed there was to use the kitchenette and it was a huge disappointment getting back from the grocery store just to realize there was no way to cook or prepare the food!

Disgusting place, first words from the desk clerk were " we are not like other hotels in the area, housekeeping is once every 14 days and that you take out your trash" The room was half made , pillows were on the night stand, bed not fully made, coutertop was broken, plastic chairs, bed linens look like it came from a local garage sale. I surely will never stand there again and wish i could get a refund. Disgusting
