1. NO food beyond the dining room.
2. Please REMOVE all makeup before entering the bed. ( $60 cleaning fee for make up stains )
3. NO smoking in the house.
4. If other UNACCOUNTED Guests are found staying in the home, there is a $18 fee per Person.
5. Please DO NOT move the furniture or stain the furniture. A $100 fee will be charged for damages.
6. Please DO NOT remove electronic devices, everything is accounted for and it is an automatic charge starting at $100.
7. Please DO NOT remove, move, turn, or adjust the camera or your reservation will be CANCELED.
8. Losing the house buzzer is a $75 charge.
9. NO UNAUTHORIZED parties, kickbacks, gatherings, dinners, podcasts or your reservation WILL BE CANCELED.




By agreeing to book this listing, you accept following house rules. If house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

→ We absolutely do not allow smoking in the house and you will be asked to leave if found smoking inside the house and will require $200 smoke cleaning fees.

→ We honor the quiet hours system from 10PM. (No Party after 10PM)

→ We do charge extra $102per day for every extra guest over 1. You will be billed after your stay at vrbo or please update the number of guests.

My experience
The home is in a less than desirable neighborhood. It looks like trash from about 2-3 previous stays was stacked up against the fence on the side of house which attracted lots of flies that got into the house and were pests the entire time of our stay. The air is not central which was fine but the AC unit in one of the rooms did not seem to work how it was supposed to so it was very warm. Upon my arrival I checked to make sure all doors and windows were locked and to my surprise the back door and one of the windows were unlocked. The built up trash on the side of the house also attracted a stray dog that dug in there and dragged things to the front yard and was eating whatever it got out of there. Needless to say if I knew what the neighborhood where this home was looked like and the actual condition of the home I would not have chosen it for this trip.

It will work
This house has a ton of potential. The yard needs some work, the jacuzzi needs some work, the house needs some work. That said, there are lots of cute little Instagram moments and it is really close to downtown. Parking is easy, although the ditch across the yard made me nervous. NO BUGS, which amazed me, Houston being itself and all. Stackable washer and dryer made our stay much easier,and tgere are plenty of beds for taller people.

Amazing Location
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The space was very clean and I enjoyed taking selfies with the props that were set up. Will be rebooking in the near future.
