I truly could not believe the number of stains on the carpet down the hallway to the rooms on the ground floor. There was a huge stain right by our door that looks like it could’ve been from vomit. The carpet was so dirty in our room, my feet were sticky just from walking on it. The door at the end of the hallway that led outside was not locked and would open from the outside without a room key. The only positive thing I had to say was the front desk employees were very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was decent

The the facility had an awful smell, dirty and moldy-smelling carpets, and served not desirable breakfast. Microwave and refrigerator from the 70s or 80s? Common! The AC had years and years of dirt on its vents. I spent the night in darkness because they had no backup generator! The hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Staying in a motel would have been better than what I experienced. The staff were courteous and that’s the only good thing about the hotel.

Upon check in I was given a key to an occupied room and walked into a fully habited room. Then the second day neither of my card keys worked so I had to go get them resolved. Hotel need upkeeping on wallpaper and painting, doors that were really damaged, oh and I saw a roach on the hall wall.

Although it was cheap, the door locks did not work. There was black mold everywhere and carpets were all filthy. The staff was apathetic pool and hot tub did not work and they didn’t care more.

Nothing is being done to improve the property. When the owner invests money into the property it is going down quickly! Lisa and Jose are great employees. Management needs to demand more money from the owner or quit! I’m not ever staying there again!

The hotel has gone downhill! Not enough staff and the carpets and filthy. No backup generator to provide air condition, lightning or elevator. All exterior doors were unlocked and no hot water! I’ve stayed there in the past and will never recommend this property! I was hoping they would improve! The employees are not paid enough and no money is being provided for improving the property. Lisa at the front desk and maintenance man Jose are hard working people and helpful. Only good thing I have to say .

They are trying their best to improve conditions and need more funding from the property owner. The staff is amiable and willing to help you with your stay. Lisa is knowledgeable and works diligently to create a safe and comfortable environment. The maintenance crew works nonstop, and housekeeping does a great job. Linda D

Very nice place. Staff was very professional. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Only issue was that the breakfast set-up was poorly layed out and often there was no sausage and eggs were cold.

Staff was rude. We were 5 people of family booke 2 separate rooms 1 room toilet was clogged upon checkin request to change room noone help it was told come in lobby down use those bathroom no even changed our room next day 3 pm plumber come fixed issue and next our second room was serviced. It was terrible staying.

There was black mold in the bathrooms and the noise from the freeway was horrible! we asked for earplugs, they didn't have...the inside needs to be remodeled, very old.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice! However, everything was very dated and you could tell that it's been a few decades since the lobby and hallways were updated. The entrance was also very obscured, with the signage being blocked by foliage. I had to loop back around the first time since it's on a 1 way.

I love that the housekeeping staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond to help. Only two bad things were I had to go out for an hour when I wanted to check in. The manager of the place was the one that made me go for an hour and come back. You do have to keep your car locked. You should not leave anything behind because while I was there a car got broken into. It seems that they do not have security guards or cameras. It is located in a nice area but that doesn’t stop the crooks.over all for me it was a great experience because of the housekeeping staff thank you so much. They do have breakfast a plus.

Our room had the dirtiest rug I have ever seen. Discolorations and clearly visible soiled areas were everywhere. Windows were messy, with big white stains. The whole room had very unpleasant odor. Toiletries were minimal, probably the tiniest packages that could be found. I don't recommend.
